Beautiful home
We were a group of 6 adults, 6 children, and 2 dogs. The booking process and adding an extra animal was a pain. Communication with the property management company through the messaging system was terrible and inconsistent. I ended up having to call. They then called a few days before our stay and advised the house only comfortably slept 10. They did offer to change us to a different home but we declined (we had 2 littles who just slept on an air mattress). The listing has now been updated. Upon arrival, the code provided for the door would not work. I had to call Vacasa again in which they had us try a couple different things before providing a code for a lock box that contained a key. They then sent a local rep out the next day to fix it (the local rep was great!). The house looks exactly like the pictures show. Beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed with the exception of the broken coffee pot. There were 3 trash bag, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 washing machine pods provided. The fire pit on the deck made for amazing relaxing evenings. Beach access was a quick walk away. Checkout was a breeze. Moral of the story, the home is beautiful and location is ideal but I won’t be booking a home managed by Vacasa again.
