beatifull ocean front 3 rd floor condo over looking the Pacific Ocean
3 miles from the airport half a mile from Walmart close to fine dining restaurant and 10 minutes from the malecon also there are theaters within a five minute walk and plenty of activities to get involved in, beautiful swimming heated pools as well as a hot tub
You really could not get any better vacation place piriod

Beautiful condo with a great ocean view and locati

This was a very spacious condo with beautiful furnishings, comfortable seating and beds. The kitchen was amazing- stocked with everything you could possibly need. Alfonso and his wife were very friendly and responded immediately to any issues. Our microwave broke while there and it was replaced immediately. He also bought a gas barbeque for the deck which we totally enjoyed. The pool and security personnel at the resort were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay at this unit and would definitely recommend it to others. Doreen, Ken, Wendy, Dennis & Brenda

Great condo with lots of space very comfortable with great views of the ocean

My family had a great stay, we were there for one month. The unit is at the end of the building open on three sides. It has great ventaltion we never used the AC. We could listen to the ocean waves. It has a large balcony which connects the livingroom, dinning room and M bedroom. the other two bedrooms have a balcony as well. The codo is very spacious. The sunseet views from the balcony were fantastic. The unit is well equipped the kitchen has exras that I have never seen before in a rental. The common area was great, there are a couple of infinity pool, one is hugh, on the ocean side we even saw some whales. There are also a number of hot tubs. We had a great time. The owner Alfonso was in pv he show us around answered any questions, he was always very responsive and helpful with me for the entire process

Great Property for Familes

Was a great property. The three bedrooms worked out well. The landlord was very responsive and always replied quickly. We plan on coming back again next year. The location is great. Right on the beach and close to all that Puerto Vallarta offers. The balcony overlooks the beach which is great. Love hearing the waves.
