Welcome to our stunning vacation rental located in the heart of Keystone, Colorado, where you'll have access to an incredible array of outdoor activities in both summer fall AND winter. Come experience our mountain retreat, just a quick walk from all River Run Village has to offer!

Enjoy the oversized 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo that comfortably sleeps 6. The unit's contemporary design sets it apart from typical Keystone Mountain Condos. The private balcony off the living room provides Mountain views with plenty of afternoon light. Enjoy the community amenities the complex has to offer, a year round heated pool, sauna, fitness center, and two hot tubs. No need to dig your car out of the snow! Take advantage of the heated indoor parking lot and ride the elevator right up to the unit on the second floor.

Red Hawk is nestled in the majestic Rocky Mountains, a perfect base camp for adventurers and nature lovers. In the summer, you'll have access to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails that wind through lush forests and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Take a leisurely stroll through the village or challenge yourself with a summit hike. Our rental is also located near several championship golf courses, perfect for a round of golf with friends or family.

For water enthusiasts, we have paddle-boarding and kayaking on the nearby lake. The lake is a great place to cool off on a hot summer day or take in the stunning views. For those who prefer cycling, the village offers several bike rental options. Cruise along the paved Summit County Rec Path, or take on the challenging mountain biking trails out the back door!

In the winter, Keystone is a skier and snowboarder's paradise. Our rental is located just a short walk from the gondola, offering easy access to over 3,000 acres of skiable terrain. Enjoy the fresh powder and breathtaking mountain views as you carve your way down the slopes.

But the fun doesn't stop when the snow melts. In the spring and fall, Keystone offers a variety of events and activities, including festivals, concerts, and farmers markets. You'll find something to do no matter what time of year you visit.

-GREAT ROOM
The oversized living, dining, and kitchen area will fit your entire family and then some. Relax in front of the fireplace or play board games all night at the 6+ person dining table. Our condo is larger than most 2 bedrooms at Keystone, with extra space for an additional seating area & an easily accessible fold-away Murphy bed. The kitchen has plenty of gadgets to whip up a great meal or enough plates & glasses to serve your take-out in style.

-PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom has new furniture to include a king-size bed, brand new mattress and en-suite bathroom. Tasteful artwork and a colorful rug make the master bedroom a comfortable place to unwind after all the outdoor activities for the day are done. Access to closet space and a solid chest of drawers provide space for warm ski clothes or protective biking gear. Sound machine at bedside.

-SECOND BEDROOM
The guest room has a platform queen bed with a cozy fun rug. This room has a spacious closet and another chest of drawers for storage and some fantastic animal artwork to make it feel like home for the kids as well. Sound machine at bedside.

No tiny towels here! Enjoy the spa-quality towels & comfy linens. Additionally makeup washcloths and hot tub/pool towels specific to our unit offered for your convenience. Our high-end preferences are your gain!

-AMENITIES
Tucked away just outside of River Run, Red Hawk Lodge provides amenities like a pool, steam room, and hot tubs to relax your body after a long day playing in and around the mountain. If you still have enough energy to enjoy the foosball or pool tables in the lobby, or if you want to just relax in front of the fireplace curled up with a good book from the little library, it has all the options you may want and the peace and quiet to go along with it.

While you're staying here, the condo will be your private oasis. You have access to the entire condo with beautiful views of the Keystone slopes & gondola, along with a private ski locker on the main level & ONE underground garage parking spot. In addition, you have shared access to building amenities including a pool, two hot tubs, a gym, lounge & game room.

-PARKING
Heated, underground parking? Yes! Park one car in the underground garage & walk everywhere you need to go! River Run Village has everything you need, including a convenience/grocery store. *One parking spot available for guests, with parking pass you will receive at check-in.

*Red Hawk also on a Free Bus route should you want to explore other areas. That transportation/shuttle info is also available on website listed above.
Additionally, outside Red Hawk Lodge, (your vacation rental condo complex), Summit County maintains an extensive paved Recreational Pathway System, commonly known as the Recpath. User groups on the Recpath include dog walkers, runners, families with strollers, tourists riding to take in the views, professional riders training for an upcoming race, skateboarders and locals commuting to work. Many local shops offer bike rentals for your stay.

-PLEASE NOTE
**Currently (as of 2022) they are building a beautiful new condo development between Red Hawk and the Gondola. (Called Kindred Resort Keystone). Despite intermittent inconveniences with construction, it’s going to eventually be an INCREDIBLE mixed-use “amenity” we look forward to our guests enjoying while staying with us. In the interim, there is potential for noise. Depending on what side of the building and foundation they are working on, there is the potential for hearing construction. We are providing noise machines in each room, but also know that the construction has to cease at 7 pm and not an overnight issue. Also, most guests have commented that they are not even there during the day for it to cause them any inconvenience. **
