A not so urban retreat! Unwind and relax or explore and adventure at this centrally-located condo. Beautiful views of Lake Dillon and the mountains, minutes from downtown Frisco and the marina. Water sport rentals available as well as beautiful bike trails right outside your door. Just a short bike ride to Keystone, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge in the summer, or take a short free shuttle in the winter to world class skiing. Vail is also only 30 minutes away by car! And at the end of your day, don't forget to enjoy the hot tubs available on the premises!!!

We love the Frisco area. We are centrally located and minutes away from Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Dillon, and Silverthorne. Many activities available during the summer months as well as ski season. Having Dillon lake and a great biking trail right in your backyard makes it even easier to get around and enjoy your favorite water sports.

Hiking, bike trails, water sports, easy access to all ski resorts, free shuttle bus, downtown Frisco, Vail is only 30 min away, beautiful mountain and lake views, hot tubs, very quiet, ground floor-easy access to back yard, minutes from restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.
