Charming Lake House Cottage with beach access and lake view

Well groomed & behaved dogs permitted additional fees apply, must disclose prior to reservation.Three level home with lake view from large deck on top floor off the master suite. The main floor has a front covered porch with a partial view. The back of the property has a lawn off the covered furnished patio. There are three sleeping areas, 2 bedrooms two bathrooms and the lower level has washer dryer bathroom two entry's, wet bar and fireplace. Ample parking, private Sandy beach with large dock, lifeguard, sliding board into lake, Adirondack chairs and flotation devices are provided with out cost. The aesthetics of the home are a mix of cottage and modern furnishings with clean nice open floor concept. Please make an inquiry IF you are interested in reserving the property for a stay thank you. No Phishing or internet scams are to contact me. Minimum age to rent is 25, exceptions made upon request. Check in time is negotiable, arriving later than agreed time will result in additional charges per hour.

We want to come back in summer!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were there in late November but it made us want to come back and take advantage of all it has to offer when the weather is warmer.

Cozy Cottage near the lake

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The fire pit and back porch, along with the balcony off the main bedroom, were the highlights. It's just a short walk to a private beach on the lake, although you do have to cross a somewhat busy road to get to it. The house had everything we needed and the linensn blankets and beds were all clean and very comfy. We definitely plan on coming back next time our travels take us to Northeastern PA.

Another Awesome Vacation

My family loves this house. There's more than enough room for four adults, two kids, and our dog. Amenities can't be beat. From the big screen tv to the washer and dryer to the outdoor spaces and so much more! The fact that we can walk to the beach is a real plus. Beth Ann is more than accommodating and always available by phone. We're already looking forward to summer 2025. Thank you Beth Ann!

Family reunion/getaway

This was our third time staying at this house. Each time it feels like home!! Plenty of space are for our family of 6. Recent upgrades such as new carpet and addition of upstairs bathroom have made this place even nicer. Great views. The lake and beach club are convenient. The front porch and back patio are perfect for relaxing and the house even has books and board games for use.

Had a great stay

Great location and walking distance to the swimming area. Disappointed we couldn't rent a boat and go on the lake but that is not the property owners fault. Not a lot to do in the area. Ricketts Glen is not far away and took a walk on the trail to the water falls Beware as this is a brutal walk if you are not in perfect condition. Met friends and family there so we had a good time playing games, etc. Great big table in dining room for this.

Great house, great owner! Super accommodating. Offered a lot of information about nearby attractions and restaurants. Comfortable beds, house has lots to offer. Kids loved all the nooks. Would stay here again with a larger group if we return to the area.

Cozy Lake House

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days with our infant, toddler, and dog. The house is very spacious and sleeps more people than our small family. It has a beautiful view of the lake, a quiet front porch and a great backyard for games, grilling and general lounging. There was easy access to the lake and my toddler loved the beach and toys. The owner was responsive and the house was clean upon arrival. Thank you for a great trip!

Home Away From Home

Always great to come back to this home while visiting family and friends in PA. It is cozy and comfy and has enough room for 4 adults, 2 kids and our dog. Beth Ann is always available and willing to help. This home never disappoints. Looking forward to our stay in 2024!

Perfect for our needs

Spent a delightful weekend with my family while we attended a family wedding. The location and access to the Beach Club was great for my 3-year old grandson. The bottom bedroom was like it’s own apartment. My son and daughter in law and their dog were very comfortable. Beth was very easy to communicate with. We all enjoyed the back yard, the fire pit and covered patio!

Graduation weekend
