Industrial chic to entertain an entire family, play billards, enjoy the outdoor fire pit, gourmet kitchen, 2 living rooms. Large living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs and of course who does not love a game of pool. Buzzing restaurants, lovely beaches, mintues from all things Charleston. Minutes to Wholefoods and some of the best tacos that Charleston has to offer. Beach access to Charleston County Beaches for free parking and Charleston State park for hiking and gator watching. Centrally located between Folly and James Island. Each bedroom has fine bedding, private bath and private balacony. Giant windows showering in bright light for morning sunraises and evening sunsets.
