Walk to the beach. Two room suite & shaded deck with sunset views over greenway.
You will have a private suite consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. We have bicycles that can be used by guests for cycling in the neighborhood, the greenway and the state park trails, but not on the beach. Our beach equipment, boogie board, gazebo and camping chairs may be used on the beach.
You are 7 minutes walk away from Seaside Park and the Egan's Creek greenway with trails that lead to Fort Clinch State Park and the beaches on the northern end of the island.
We can accommodate 1 full time guest and will allow occasional overnight guests We can only rent it for 31 days or more, but you are of course not obliged to stay the full term.
There is on site parking in the drive way and you have a huge deck with sunset views over the adjacent forest.
