• Cyclist’s Paradise: There are two trail head access points within seconds of the front door — perfect for mountain biking, road cycling, or leisurely rides. Secure bike storage and maintenance amenities are available on-site.

• You can walk or bike anywhere you need in the downtown area. However, if you're not up for walking/biking after a long day on the trails or at the museum then there is plenty of parking on or just off the Bentonville square and it is very easy to navigate.

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Feel free to bring anything you feel you may need during your stay.

• Pet Friendly: We love welcoming your furry friends! Up to 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per stay (pet fee applies). Please ensure they are not left unattended unless safely kenneled, and kindly pick up after them before you check out. The idea location and accommodations for a mountain bike trip. The WheelHaus is very nicely appointed, well stocked and quite comfortable. The garage is the consummate MTB'er hangout and stocked with all the tools, racks and gear needed to retune your bike after a long day on the trails. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the backyard fire pit was nice. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear directions. I'll definately stay with them in the future.

Location is great with rideable access to trails, art, and downtown. House is in great condition and well taken care of. On site washer and dryer worked well and kept us in fresh riding kits. Used the grill for dinner and hung out at the fire pit during the evening. Neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Host was very responsive and tentative to our questions. They made sure our stay was great.

We absolutely loved the property! It was clean and well stocked and located in a quiet neighborhood a short bike ride from downtown Bentonville. Our dog also loved snoozing in the back porch while we lounged in the bike room/garage. Will definitely return!

This house has it all for the MTB community. We loved bringing the bikes straight into the garage after a quick wash. We sat in the back yard and enjoyed a small fire. Cooked on the grill on the back porch. Beds were super comfortable. Seems like they thought of everything.
