Our 5 bedroom, 3 full bath, and 2 half bath home features a large, modern kitchen, 12 person dining room, upstairs and downstairs living rooms, game room, arcade room and nursery. 4 of 5 bedrooms offer king beds and the 5th is a Full-over-Full Bunkbed.

Our home is centrally located to Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and the Rocky Mountains.

Fantastic and spacious home with extras

This property is a gem! The house is spacious and open, very nicely decorated and comfortable, and so great for extended family and friends to gather while also allowing privacy in the bedrooms. We stayed with five children and grandparents, and the primary bedroom allowed the grandparents space to relax away from the chaos when needed. The communal spaces are beautiful, functional and relaxing. The background isn’t done yet, but it’s large and surely will be wonderful when it is complete. Despite it currently being in progress, we enjoyed sitting back there and our dog and children loved playing on the hill. We even saw some wildlife! Steve is a fantastic owner! He is responsive and kind and has been thoughtful to include extras in this rental that we haven’t seen in others. If this place is available, book it!
