Hi Erin, Thank you for the feedback. The listing for this property shows everything that is offered both in how the rooms are designed and amenities offered. We don’t provide beach items due to the amount of inspection and replacement required to maintain the high level of quality we want to maintain in our property. Beach items get damaged too frequently by regular usage and the saltwater environment. There are several companies that provide the service or beach tent and chair rentals and will even set them up for you. We provided contact information for these companies in the digital house book we sent to you when you rented the house. The House Book lists things to consider bringing including items for the beach. The kitchen is stocked with settings for 12, multiple drinkware options, a full pot and pan set with large boil pots, wok, mixing bowls, measuring spoons and cups, baking pans/sheets, duplicates of cooking utensils for inside and BBQ grill, cutting boards, crock pot, blender, hand mixer, Keurig and standard coffee pot, milk whipper, etc. enough to cook anything from a crab boil to a Thanksgiving feast. You asked if we had a rice cooker prior to your trip and we confirmed that we didn’t have one because we cook rice on the stove top. We are always happy to answer questions on specific kitchen requests to make sure renters know what is available. Yes, the windows on the front and the sides of the house have blinds. Since we have no neighbors on the back side of the house and the views of the bay are best from the back, we did not install blinds on the back windows that would limit the views. The photos on the listing show this feature. The shower that drained slowly for you was draining properly prior to your stay. If you would have called or texted me about this problem, we would have been able to remedy it to minimize your frustration. The low flow of the drain was noted during cleaning and remedied immediately. This property does not have an elevator nor claim to have an elevator on the listing. It was built with aligned closets on the ground, first and second floors and electrical wiring that could be configured for an elevator in the future. We use these closets for cleaning supplies and to store owner items while being rented. We thank you for your stay and wish you the best in your future travels.
