Great property, but no sleeping in

The property was as advertised. It is in a convenient location in relation to the airport and south beach. Our one difficulty was early morning noise. The master bedroom is next to a pretty busy street, so you hear the traffic. Also, there is a rooster who starts at sunrise. Since I am a light sleeper, these things woke me up. So, bring earplugs if the noise will bother you, and you will be great!

Os Revews eram bons.Cheguei a noite e o bairro era amedrontador, casa horrorosa, cheia de grades, porém as mesmas não trancavam. A porta principal era de vidro totalmente transparente, a garagem é estreita não passa um SUV. O Banheiro do quarto principal não tranca, o outro está cheio de escorridos pelas paredes além de ser bem pequeno.O quarto com a beliche é muito pequeno, q beliche é de metal, super barulhenta, qualquer movimento acorda todos do quarto, os colchões da mesma são muito finos, da pra sentir os metais da cama.Quase não dormi com preocupação, pois os vizinhos estavam olhando meio estranho quando chegamos, na madrugada ouvi gritos que pareciam estar vindo do quintal da casa…. Enfim, detestei a casa!!Porém o anfitrião foi muito prestativo e resolveu no dia seguinte a situação. Agiu corretamente cobrando apenas por essa noite e as taxas envolvidas

As expected

The place was clean, just like the pictures. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean. Fully functioning kitchen with washer and dryer. Host was available to answer all questions. Area was safe to have packages delivered. 10/10 for a convenience place to stay and close to the airport

Sadly neighbor & road noise is an issue

Reviews discussed rooster/busy road noise but I dismissed thinking it was a fussy guest. There are roosters in the yard (actually quite charming) and property on busy street but what isn't captured in pictures/description is property is between a duplex and a small apartment building. Duplex resident's party/visit on their back stoop which is only feet from the property bedrooms. My son and I found it difficult to sleep all 3 nights with noise coming from neighbors and street. Over all, a good value for Miami if you don't mind noise. Off street parking a definite plus Great bordega on corner where we ate every meal and got groceries Easy access to U of Miami where I took my son on campus visit

Great stay in Miami

Really great place to stay at!!! I had my two little dogs with me and it was very spacious for them to explore. Place was clean, sheets washed, beds made. Enough beds for 6 adults. And water pressure and temperature was perfect in the showers. Beds were comfortable. Backyard was big. Only issue was the neighbors chickens and roosters who made noise very early in the am. Otherwise stay was great, and the owner was responsive quickly to any questions or issues I had. My family, dogs and I loved our stay!!!

Great stay!

Absolutely thrilled with my stay at this house! The interior is stylish, modern, and equipped with top-notch amenities. Everything is spotlessly clean. The location is prime, with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. A five-star experience that exceeded my expectations! Would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is fully equipped even for a family meal. Check in was also a breeze. Parking was easy. A truly delightful experience!
