Convenient location w nice view

Great location close to Old Town, very nice gym and pool space. Dave was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Be sure to have a charged phone whenever you leave the condo as the key is electronic through an app.

Good price and location however, the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, there are bugs in the bathroom, and repairs needed (missing doorknob in bathroom=no privacy, broken blinds) Dave is very nice and accommodating but this place could use some work.

Property is nice, on a golf course with heated pools and fitness center. Used all of them. The wine was a nice touch also. Would like to see additional/newer cookware, otherwise nice stay

Perfect location, easy parking, access, quiet

All went smoothly with our stay in this VRBO, easy to book, access, checkin/checkout. The unit was clean, was the right size for our small family which meant it was really affordable, and it was so helpful to have access to a kitchen when we were on vacation. The location was quiet, parking was reserved and close by, and it was central to the areas of South Scottsdale we enjoy as a family (Zoo, malls, Tempe, etc.). Just have to mention it was so thoughtful to have both the choice of wine and a bit of coffee in stock upon arrival. We arrived late in the evening and it was wonderful to know I could get up in the morning and not worry about tracking down some coffee immediately.

Convenient but dated

Great location, porch had a nice view. Property manager was very helpful. We appreciated the wine and coffee supplies. The condo had everything we needed, but was dated and tired looking. The bathroom was cramped and dingy, the bed was creaky and needed new pillows, and the kitchen could use more cooking supplies.

Great property

Location of property is ideal for seeing Old Town and playing golf. Property was clean and adequately furnished. Dave couldn’t have been more prompt and helpful with any minor issue we had. However, it would be better to know television programming before renting if that’s important. No cable and no Dish.

Review of Property

The picture of the property was different than the property. the pictures were much nicer than the actual property. The property owner was good to deal with. The balcony was dirty with a lot of leaves and other material in it. Washer and dryer were in rough shape. The outside door to the bathroom was missing a handle (just a hole where the door knob should be). The access software was inconsistent and did not work so a key in the lock box would have been better. The pictures of the property definitely oversold it. The owner was good to deal with, its just that the property was poor.

Ok Stay in Scottsdale

This property provided a “just ok” stay. It is very tired looking and needs a lot of TLC. The kitchen and living room we had no complaints they were clean and met our needs. No comfy, cozy feeling in this unit. The bedroom, bathroom and loft need some attention. The bed in master is noisy and creaky, the pillows were old and thin and there were stains on the sheets covering the duvet. The bathroom is very dated and dingy(Probably why no pictures on the listing)The carpet going to loft was in need of cleaning or replacement. There were blind panels missing in living room and loft area. Overall our stay was just ok maybe 3 star definitely not a 5 star. We would definitely not recommend to our friends.

Great central location

Excellent place if coming to Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Centrally located. Homey accommodations. Easy access to freeways. Close to old Scottsdale which was a delight to walk around in. Highly recommend.

Great Condo

Condo was spotless and very comfortable .Balcony overlooks golf course . Great sitting out there watching sunsets too. Communication was great. We even received phone call from owner or manager when we got there making sure all was good. Close to everything . Would definitely stay there again.

My stay was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The location was close to everything. Communication with Dave was great. We did have an issue with the electronic key, but I think that might have been my fault. Overall, the stay was perfect! Would DEFINITELY stay again!

Lovely getaway!

I had a wonderful time, as did my two coworkers, at this stay! The two pools on the property were near resort-style and the location was idyllic - nestled right next to a quiet golf course and near down town! Dave was kind and answered our questions promptly. Might recommend a bit more lighting inside, a different scented detergent for bedding — (and there was a decent sized stain on one of the upstairs comforters), and we struggled a lot with the electric key (totally fine because we ended up using his spare key), but over-all very quaint! Made for a lovely stay in Scottsdale!

Perfect Scottsdale location

We are a retired couple in our Kate sixties/early seventies. I’d been to Scottsdale before; my wife hadn’t. This property was ideal for us. The townhouse was spotless when we got there; Dave, the owner, was always available with a phone call or text before and during our stay The layout of the unit was perfect for us. Plenty of room inside and we really enjoyed the balcony. It faced west towards the Continental Golf Club but the tree in front of us gave us shade in the afternoon. Not all units in this complex have shade from the afternoon sun and a lot of them face interior courtyards. This is one of the best located. The appliances were all in good shape and the unit had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and with a ceiling fan we didn’t need the AC much even though the temps got into the nineties. The bathroom worked well with a door that separated the toilet and tub/shower from the sink and washer/dryer. Great water pressure! The location was excellent: you could easily walk to downtown Scottsdale or it’s just a quick drive. We walked to the golf course twice to play. They have a great deal before seven am: $29 per person for nine holes with a cart and breakfast. It’s an executive par 60 18 hike course. Pretty flat so very walkable depending on heat. From the unit we could get to the 101 freeway quickly and then anywhere in the Phoenix area. The green belt with walking and biking paths is nice to have right outside your door. It tends to be a better walk heading north with some lakes, ball fields and restrooms. We really didn’t eat out much during our stay but we did takeout twice from Malees Thai bistro in downtown Scottsdale. Excellent food. Also recommend Sip, a coffee and beer bistro that also has wine and cocktails. And food too. Also try Daily Jam in Tempe for breakfast or lunch. It’s right in Mill Ave near the waterfront. Recommend some walks in the McDowell mountains and you should see hole in the rock in Papago park. I had looked at other places to stay that might have been a bit closer to downtown but none of them would have had an open view like we had. We would have been in a backyard or patio area looking at walls and the sky. This is the best spot in Scottsdale and we would love to stay there again
