Outdoor fire pit, indoor fireplace, large patio with lounge chairs, ping pong table & pool table, outdoor BBQ. Self check-in and check-out for immediate enjoyment of your stay via lockbox access. Free Wifi. Youtube TV premier channels. Pack & play available. 1 dog allowed $150 pet fee. $50 charge/week to heat the pool. 2 min to Fresh market & restaurants. Any additional guest: $150 per stay.

Great for kids

The house was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool, bunk beds and all of the available games. Close to food and shopping. Neighborhood was great for running and walking our dog. Host was very responsive.

Certain utilities didn’t work. Host wanted guest to clean before leaving despite charging a cleaning fee. Instructional signs were placed everywhere. Much like a work place.

Hi Theodore, we are sorry you did not have the best experience at our home as we strive for excellence. The fan blower did experience a failure during your stay and it was repaired immediately once you notified us on February 15th at 8:46 PM (1 day prior to your check-out after hours) during your 3 day stays (including a Saturday, Sunday and President Day Monday). Our technical HVAC team came and repaired the part the next day you informed us which is incredibly fast repair time. That being said the A/C was not used as the weather was cool during your stay as per your own message and I quote you: "The air is not working. It was not a problem while it was cold". This was out of anyone's control but we understand the inconvenience it may have caused should you have needed A/C. Now, we never asked you to clean anything this is an absolutely inaccurate statement on your part. The check out message you receive said the following: "When you check out, put all the laundry inside the laundry room or on top of the washer, all trashes in the recycle bins, all dishes inside the dishwasher, lock the door and leave the key inside the lockbox". This is an AIRBNB so there are instructional signs for the convenience and safety of our guests. Not sure what the issue about having clear signs but we hope you will have another opportunity to try us again and experience our amazing service. Wishing you a safe trip home.
