Coastal Cottage in West Atlantic City

Lyons Cove Cottage is close to Atlantic City(AC) and a short drive to shore beach towns with the added benefit of a spacious backyard. A home away from home with multiple sleep arrangements and comfortable beds. You will be 7 minutes from AC, 14 minutes to Brigantine beaches, and 20 mins. to Ocean City, for the perfect coastal getaway. Essl's Dugout Breakfast, a local deli, and Dollar Tree are within walking distance. A 5-minute drive will land you at Walmart, Starbucks & Chick-Fil-A.

The space
Our Lyons Cove cottage is a ranch-style home, with a loft and its own private front and back entrances. The space includes a living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 downstairs bedrooms (1 queen and 1 king), 1 loft bedroom (queen), 1 full bathroom downstairs and 1 half bathroom in the loft bedroom. The loft bedroom offers a cozy balcony, with stairs to the spacious front porch. The yard is generous, extending all around the house and it is privately fenced in.

The living room features a reclining couch, stylish seating and a smart TV. Guests can log into their preferred streaming apps. (Don’t forget to log out before your departure). The master bedroom features a Cal king bed, with a vanity and closet space. Across the hallway, the Queen bedroom has a dedicated working space and a spacious drawer dresser. Nightstands in both bedrooms are equipped with USB ports and plugs. The loft bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, with a private half bathroom and a futon.

The whole house is yours. The wood shop and shed out back are locked. Enjoy the yard!

wonderful stay close to everything

We loved our stay. The house was impeccably clean and everything seemed fresh and new. Many nice touches......coffee bar, snacks, water....super comfortable beds, nice linens, ceiling fans, front porch with a breeze, high end fixtures etc....everything you could possibly need. We will definately stay again. Thank you!

Cute place in Pleasantville

Cute place, quiet street. This house served my family of four well for my nephew’s wedding in OC. Comfy beds. Well-appointed kitchen. Cozy living area. Nice hangout spots in the backyard and front porch.

The little things...

The house was freshly finished with nice features, really nice, but not so nice that you couldn't relax. Had nice seating for our group to hang out on the back patio, in the kitchen, etc... There were games, etc... that the family or kids could use and there were some really nice snacks, drinks and a great little stocked coffee bar! We were in town for an event, but could have definitely spent more time at the house relaxing and enjoying friends and family!

Our coastal cottage is close enough to land you on the beach in less than 10 minutes. Yet it is a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a spacious backyard, in a quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

This unique coastal home was built in the 1950s by its original owner.
When we bought the property, we wanted to honor the hard work and care that he put into this space. We fell in love with the rustic charm of the loft's built-in drawers and turned the tiny roof crevice into a cozy reading nook. We hope you feel at home here as much as we do!
