Welcome to paradise. Enjoy your private, waterfront oasis steps from everything you could want.

A water view from nearly every room. Watch the dolphins swim by while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail under the festive dock lights, or rocking in the hammock under the palm trees.

Indian Rocks’ white sand beach is two blocks away. Load up our wagon with the provided beach chairs, chaise lounges, and beach toys and you’ll be on the sand in three minutes.

Rinse off in the outdoor shower, throw your stuff in the washing machine, and head out to enjoy delicious Mexican, Seafood, or Italian – all within a 2-minute walk. Or, whip up your own feast in our fully stocked kitchen or on the grill.

Feel like exploring on foot? Walk to surf shops, an ice cream parlor, coffee shop, paddle board rentals, live music, a sports pub, brewery, big CVS – even a water slide park.

Our home sleeps six, so bring your kids, bring your friends, or just keep it all to yourself.

Have a boat or want to rent one? Dock it at your private 45-foot, fully powered dock.

Want to work from the Villa? Set up your laptop and use our wi-fi enabled, full-color printer/scanner.

The Space:

- 2 bedrooms with a 14-inch Queen and a 12-inch Full bed, plus a Queen sleeper sofa
- Turf yard for year-round, green, easy-on-the-feet access to the fully fenced backyard
- New air conditioning, Ceiling fans, Smart 55” TV, USB charging lamps and bedside tables
- Kitchen with pots/pans, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, baking sheets, cooking and dining utensils
- Washer/dryer
- Privacy fence around your outdoor deck with hammock, bistro table, Adirondack chairs, and high-top dining table
- Fully equipped bathroom with tub and shower, towels, beach towels, hairdryer

- 45-foot dock

- Safety gates for the entire seawall for families wishing to provide a barrier to the water (additional fee applies for one-time setup and breakdown – please request in advance)

Other Things to Note:
We can no longer accommodate early check in or late check out. We tried it and found it to be too disruptive to our operation. The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. Sorry :(
