Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is well known for breathtaking views of the crystal clear emerald waters, white sandy beaches and amenities galore. Absolutely gorgeous remodeled 2 bedroom plus bunk area in Tower 2-1002 at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. You'll know why our name is "There Goes The Sun" when you stay with us. Our condo is positioned for the most amazing sunsets ever! This condo sleeps 8 and has two King Masters with ensuite bathrooms. The first master has a tile walk in shower and the 2nd master bath has a tub/shower combo. New living room furniture with a queen sleeper sectional sleeps 2. Bunk area is ideal for children. The views are to die for here and the pictures speak for themselves. If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether its for dinner or for family game night, there is a huge dining room table and bar seating which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, over/stove top and dishwasher. For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi.

Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the Gulf of Mexico! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including Fire Fly, Dee’s Hangout, American Charlies among others located within walking distance.

We had a great time. This was our 8th year staying at Edgewater. We love staying there because of all the amenities. The only issue that I have, is that, the washing machine wasn't clean.

Another awesome trip to Panama City Florida

The property at Edgewater Resort was just as advertised. It was a great time of year to go as not very many people were there, was really easy to get around. All the resort amenities were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The condominium was very clean and neat and just created a very relaxing ambiance. The views from the patio overlooking the gulf were just amazing! Viewing the sunsets and having morning coffee on the patio created great memories. The management team of Kelly and Farah are great and easy to communicate with. We will definably be back for another stay!!

Amazing!! Exactly as described

The condo is beautiful and has great views!! No wait for elevator even during spring break. Could always find a spot on the beach and plenty to do in walking distance.

Baseball tournament get-away

The property was perfect for our week at PCB for a baseball tournament. Condo was clean and very comfortable. The view was anmazing and right on the beach. Would highly recommend.

INCREDIBLE - stunning view and beach and so much space!

We absolutely loved our stay here… We came during spring break so it was a little chilly, but luckily they have a heated pool at this resort! The unit itself has a stunning view and I felt safe with my five year-old twins on the terrace… It was perfect for a party at five. We had so much fun and the guests were super responsive to any questions that we had during our stay! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous condo with unbeatable views

My family just returned from our summer vacation in PCB and this condo at Edgewater was perfect! The condo was easy to get to, plenty of parking and absolutely gorgeous. It's one of the larger condos we have stayed at and with 4 people we had plenty of space to spread out. The place was very clean, well maintained and had all of the necessities. We had no issues or complaints at all and will definitely be back!

Condo is decorated beautifully and there's plenty of storage space, counter space, and pantry space. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with owner. She stayed in constant contact with me and worked quickly through a little snag I had with my arrival.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The 10th floor of the Edgewater was a perfect location for dolphin spotting in the morning, not to mention the air show that just happened to in PCB while we were there. Host communication was fantastic and they responded instantly. I provided a few suggestions for improvement, specifically there needs to be a black out curtain in the second bedroom due to a light just outside the window. The beach chair and umbrella rental was a bit pricey, but evidently this changes depending on time of year. We paid $65 but they gave a $10 coupon for the restaurant. If we find ourselves coming back to PCB, I would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo and Views!

We had 2 families of 4 sharing this condo. (4 adults, 4 teenagers/kids. It may have been a bit cozy at times, but I'd say we still had our own space when needed. The condo itself was beautiful, the pictures advertised are accurate. The sunsets are amazing, and we also saw dolphins swimming by from our patio on multiple occasions. Despite staying during spring break, we didn't have to wait long for the elevators, which to me is important. I worked directly with Farrah and she was accommodating and responded quickly to all of my texts. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
