About this property

This small cottage on the Columbia River is comfortable for 1-4 adult guests. Longer term renters welcomed. Two queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom works well for 1-2 couples or 2 single people working in the area. Traveling nurses, doctors, and tradespeople find the location convenient to Longview, Wauna -Georgia Pacific, and 30-60 minutes to any Portland area assignments. Wifi and smart TV.

The house is fully equipped with clean linens and hotel type toiletries upon arrival. A full kitchen is provided. The covered deck is great for socializing, even on rainy Oregon days. Private riverfront-farm community has 5 docks on the river and only 10 minutes from town and supplies (Clatskanie Safeway, hardware, pharmacy, etc.). It is 25 minutes to Longview-Kelso area (Walmart, Lowes, Meijers, etc). Boat ramp available.
