POOL HEATER: $40 per day.
1-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
2-Temperature will not exceed 86F.
3-Should be requested 24hrs in advance.
4-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASES
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

Remember this listing is located in a tropical environment. If you are not a fan of nature or bugs, this is not a good location. Lizards, mosquitoes, Palmetto bugs and ants are a part of Florida's nature and quite common in the area. We have professional Pest Control inspecting and treating all our properties, however, mother nature can be more powerful. Please keep doors and windows closed and all food concealed and closed.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Orlando! The house was very spacious and perfect for all of our guests. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the host was extremely accommodating — quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is perfectly located near Universal, Disney, Seaworld, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious property especially the private pool and theater room! We would stay again!

In town for girls weekend. PROS: Close to airport and restaurants. Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and TVs. Screened patio was nice and dry especially since it rained most of our visit. Movie theater was a treat.CONS: Beds too firm/hard. No washcloth in any of the 6 bathrooms. Minimal supplies provided. like 1 dishwasher pod for 7 guests staying 4 days, and 1 extra garbage bag. Instructions were not well communicated or defined on where to find pool towels, how to open pool gate, checkout requirements.House great for families with children. Not ideal for a large group of older adults.

Great house!

House was spotless, so comfortable and the theater was amazing! We were in the area for a work conference, and it was a quick ride to the Convention Center. Pool was great, too! Rafael was quick to respond to questions and was prompt to tell us anything we needed to know. Not all rooms had fans, and the upstairs rooms were still warm. Also, fyi, the king room upstairs strip light flickered constantly. Overall a great place to stay.

This place was perfect. Only thing I didn’t like is if we were paying so much why do we have to pay extra just to use things like the grill?? Yes in hindsight it was in black and white but caught me off guard.

House appeared exactly as shown in pictures. Very nice! Overall...would go again. Would not pay extra for heat....so cold could not use. Breaker kept tripping and losing wifi and power in bedrooms.1 of the bedrooms was not cleaned. Toothpaste in sink and on faucet.Sheets in 1 bedroom had been washed but pee stained.Again. I would stay again just request the qbove things be taken care of

Great location for Orlando events

Rafael was a great host! Very responsive and the house was great for all the people we had. The neighborhood pool was very nice as well, and they have a small snack bar there with stuff for purchase. The neighborhood is tightly packed homes, and I only say that for parking purposes. There were many cars in the street, but honestly, if you dont bring a ton of vehicles, this shouldnt be a problem. We had an excellent stay and would recommend this rental. Oh, and the movie theater was a great touch! We ended up watching several movies and it was great to watch Football on as well!

It was a good stay.

First the owner has great communication throughout the entire process, before, during and after. 5 star just for communication. The process to get in the gated community is miserable. It took over 30 minutes for security to get you in (long line, security has to repeat process everytime) The theater room was fantastic and made the experience enjoyable. Cleanliness - Was ok. Again host had very good communication but their was a roach problem in the kitchen area. 2nd floor game area heavy dust on the ceiling vent The location is great. Very close to everything. I would recommend
