WE ARE NOT A LODGE OR CONDOMINIUM. Here you will have the whole house for you with a swimming pool and ample leisure area on a land of 1. 300 m2, where you can enjoy incredible moments with your friends and family!

The house is located in Arraial d 'Ajuda, 5 minutes from the city center with land of 1300 m² all landscaped frequented by parrots and other native birds.
You will have all this just for you and your family and friends: Swimming pool with barbecue and wood stove, bench and large table. External toilet with bench, serving the leisure area.
Covered garage and space for 2 more cars. Automatic gate.
Balcony with 3 hammocks, sofa set and surround sound.
House with 2 bedrooms, one suite with conservatory, whirlpool, box bed "Queen size".
Second bedroom has a mezzanine that comfortably accommodates three people. Two down on the deck and one on the mezzanine.
Sofa bed in the living room for 2 people.
Linen and towels 100% cotton.
American kitchen with duplex refrigerator, 5 burner stove, Lorenzetti water filter
'Vitale' and utensils.
Large laundry area with sink and washing machine.
Exclusive artesian well water for the subdivision. The house also has its own well, you will not be left with water.

Parecido com as fotos, apenas o fogão deixa a desejar por ser muito antigo e falta TV a cabo.

É um bom lugar para passar as férias, não fica tão próximo a Praia, mas em arraial é necessário o uso de carro mesmo, então não fez diferença. A piscina e a churrasqueira são complementos à praia, fizeram toda diferença. A única queixa mesmo é a televisão, que só funciona no netiflix. Vale ressaltar que o Diego é muito prestativo e sempre disposto a resolver qualquer problema.

Pessima. Não recomendo. Proprietário despreparado

Minha experiencia neste imóvel foi a pior possível, fui obrigado a rescindir o contrato. Iria ficar 12 dias, fiquei 2 dias e tive que sair, tal era o nível de sujeira e descuido com a casa. Avisei que minha filha tem rinite e encontramos a casa com sujeira, poeira, teias de aranhas, toalhas de banho velhas, toalha de mesa fedendo. caixa da água sem condições de higiene., simplesmente imunda. Só tomei água mineral, não tive coragem de usar a piscina. Deu problema hidráulico, fiquei sem água. A cozinha equipada somente com um fogão e panelas velhas, imaginem, até a gaveta dos talheres estava suja. No site tem a informação de que não permite animais, e o proprietário abriu exceção ao viajante anterior que levou cachorros, tinha resto de comida humana no chão a dois passos da porta da cozinha. O proprietário não tem o mínimo cuidados com os hospedes e não quiz negociar a devolução de parte do valor pago. Só tenho a dizer uma coisa,... aluguem outro imóvel

Esta casa é uma maravilha para quem quer descansar.. arborizada e cheia de pássaros, próximo à vila do Arraial e super segura. A piscina sempre quentinha é perfeita. Passamos seis dias maravilhosos nela. A proprietária da casa sempre atenciosa e justa desde o primeiro contato. O quarto suíte é simplesmente demais, recomendo um dia de banheira e luz de velas. No mais é só aproveitar as praias e descansar. Obrigado Iris, Sula e Dona Nalva pela atenção.
