"Something Fishy" Beachfront Townhome w/Gorgeous View, Heated Pool Gated Complex

Fun and funky tropical waterfront beach condo with beautiful view of our gorgeous, white, sandy beach in family friendly Indian Rocks Beach.

Our 2 bedrooms, as well as our loft, all offer king size beds with quality linens, walk in closets, and the bedrooms each have a flat screen tv. Charging ports and pads are found throughout the unit, lots of plush towels, both for the bath and the beach, and our kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need to make in house meals. Our living room offers generous, comfortable seating, and our dining area has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy dining together. The bathrooms have hair dryers, a wide variety of toiletries, and even sunscreen. Our elevated porch area offers seating to enjoy our epic sunsets.

We offer a private covered carport with 2 spaces right outside our front door. Our private storage in the carport houses beach chairs, pool floats, beach games, and countless items for beach fun!

The unit is in a small, gated complex with a lovely heated pool that is also gated. We are walking distance to a huge variety of eateries as well as plenty of live music, mini putt, a water park, a bird sanctuary and even a rapture sanctuary. There is a beach trolley that runs up and down the entire beach to local marinas for boat tours, fishing, and other routes that take you to the mainland as well.

Busch Gardens is about 40 minutes away, as well as Zoo Tampa, but we have the wonderful Clearwater Aquarium just north of us, with a petting pool and it houses wildlife from the Disney movie "Winter the Dolphin." Most guests that arrive via air, typically fly into the Tampa Airport (35 miles) or the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (5 miles).

Fantastic stay

Location can't be beat...steps to the beach, and restaurants/shops within easy walking distance. Patti is a great host - clear communication and quick responses. Check-in smooth with no "surprises". Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful place, awesome view. Such an enjoyable place to stay. We loved the beach being so close and the balcony is very shady which was wonderful for our 2 year old red head.

Snowbirds away for one week!

Condo is very homey and comfortable. Beach is just steps away and simply delightful. We appreciated the extras including the beach chairs, blankets and towels. Great location and very quiet.

Great location!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Something Fishy. We had everything we needed to cook, enjoy the beach and relax. The condo was very clean and the living room was great with comfortable couches and a nice TV. Restaurants in walking distance and a great ice cream shop just one block North.

Excellent beach vacation

We loved our time at 'somethingfishy' Althoigh the weather was a little cool during our stay, the kids still enjoyed the beach and the beautiful gulf waters. We were fortunate enough to see dolphins swimming by in the morning. We had everything we needed available to make our vacation a very memorable one. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area 😊

Great " STAYCATION "

Great Deal on the Beach

Patti was a great host and has an adorable condo on the beach with 2 car parking. We had 6 adults that were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations and access to the beach, pool, restaurants (1 block), shopping and bars (1 block). Check in, parking and entry was very user friendly and Patti was only a phone call away for questions. Great stay and great service. We will be back.

One of the best rentals we have ever experienced

2 adults, 2 kids ages 5 and 1 stayed for 4 nights. Patti is great to deal with, very good at communicating with us. The property is just fantastic. We did not want to leave. Big, clean home with loads of amenities. Beautiful beach and great neighborhood. Loved eating at Crabby Bill's and the Crazy Coconut.

Amazing!!!!

Something Fishy was just what was needed, a relaxing vacation away to recharge. The accommodations were impeccable and well above what we had expected. Details to the little things made it perfect and we are already looking at dates to go back. Family ready for the beach

We were very happy with this location. 2O STEPS and you are at the beach, all the supplies that you needed to use on the beach. Plenty of room in the condo for our family of four. Just remember to bring all the paper products that you need, ie: paper plates, paper towels and toliet paper. I would stay here again. Beautiful sunset, and peace and quiet.

Perfect family beach rental with great amenities!

We had a wonderful beach vacation at Something Fishy! This was the perfect condo for our two kids as there were tons of beach toys, floats, books, and games for them. It was a great size for our family and we really enjoyed the location! The uncrowded beach is steps from the condo and there are plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance. We also loved having the shaded pool for playing in each afternoon. Patti was extremely helpful and easy to work with! We will definitely be using Something Fishy for our beach vacations in the future!

Loved it!

We loved our stay at Something Fishy! It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Patti is a very gracious host. She provides with many extras that are normally not included. We were surprised to find the fridge to be stocked with condiments, the bathrooms to have extra toiletry items, sunscreen, access to beach chairs, floats, and fishing poles!! Located within walking distance to many great places to eat! We will definitely be back!

I'm a local owner who has hosted guests at this property for 20 years, so most of our guests are annual repeat visitors. I'm hugely disappointed that my original VRBO page crashed, as I had over 176 five star reviews, which describe how attentive we are to our guests.

Why they chose this property

Indian Rocks Beach is the crown jewel of the spoil island of Sand Key, as we are the only place left that retains the "old Florida charm," and our zoning hasn't given way to huge condo towers or chain hotels.

What makes this property unique

The location of our property, situated right on the white sand, as well as the convenience to all of the eateries and live music, without excessive crowds is what makes Indian Rocks Beach such a coveted location.
