Great house for kids

We loved our stay. Had 5 boys age 10 and they had a blast swimming, fishing, and playing the Galaga arcade game. Great house, very clean, very easy from start to finish.

Beautiful property and location right on the water. They have a pool, but we didnt use it. The kitchen is gorgeous, i wish we had more time to play (cook) in there. It has a good amount of room and sleeping spaces. The host was responsive and compassionate (we were in town for a funeral). Thank youbso much for sharing your home with us

Great place to stay with your large family!!!

This property offers a wide variety for a family of all ages. The home is equipped with a fantastic chef, kitchen, and plenty of space for everyone. The location also provides plenty of opportunities if you prefer the beach or if you prefer landlocked.experiences. We would definitely recommend this place to a family that prefers to cook at home and you need space to spread out.

Plentiful Space

Clean, Large spaces for our 10 family members. Nice amenities (pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, large kitchen and refrigerators, large screen TV, etc) and activities to entertain children (games, arcade game, foosball, etc). Quiet private back yard on a beautiful river with fish that do not bite. Owners were quick to respond (through Vrbo app) to questions.

Family weekend

Outside amenities as advertised. Well maintained with exception of outdoor grill. House has great potential but is in need of repair and a professional cleaning. Also cooking utensils and basic cookware would be nice for a family stay.

Home has an abundance of cooking utensils, dishware, flatware, glasses, small appliances more than most Vacation Rentals provide. No repairs needed. Guest did not communicated any broken or non functioning items. Cleaned thoroughly after every guest all linens and comforters washed and all floors swept/vacuumed/washed. All bathrooms cleaned and all glass doors, Refrigerator, Kitchen counters and appliances cleaned. This is a 20 year old home that has been lived in well maintained. Used as a vacation rental for the last year. Not a hotel. Outdoor Grill is well seasoned/used and works fine. Connected to propane line for easy operation at no extra charge.

Enjoyed this home.

The property had plenty of space for parking and plenty of space for our crew of 17 to be together. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock, playing in the pool, and the game collection that was there to help keep the kiddos entertained. While fishing we caught some tilapia and catfish. We seen some turtles and gators. The drive to the beach was only about 20-25 minutes so that was nice as well. Dawn was very easy to communicate with and quickly to respond back. This is definitely a great vacation spot to stay at. Thank you for sharing your home.
