This is a 2000 square feet three-story townhome, in the heart of Corktown & a 3 min. walk to James Beard nominated restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. You are perfectly positioned to explore the best of Detroit’s historic and cultural offerings including Ford Field, Comerica Park, Little Caesars Arena and MGM Grand Central Casino.

The 1st floor contains the dining room, living room, kitchen,1st bathroom & laundry room (w/ a washer and dryer). The kitchen is fully equipped w/ modern appliances. Coffee lovers will be happy to know that the house contains the Technivorm Moccamaster, Breville Bambino, & Chemex!

The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms & the 2nd bathroom (w/ a clawfoot bathtub). All bedrooms are fully furnished & equipped w/ workstations.

The top floor of this townhome is an exclusive loft experience, containing the 4th bedroom (with a workstation) & the hangout loft.

Great area to be in

Our annual guys trip we selected this location in Corktown as the area keeps getting better every year. Three bedrooms on second floor and one on the third and each have their own air unit which is a big plus. Overall a good place to stay.

We had a great stay here. The location is prime. The street is quiet but only a block removed from the heart of Corktown, with restaurants and shops within an easy walking distance and downtown a 5-7 minute drive. The house is well equipped, including a highchair, pack and play, and a toy area. The kitchen had all of the essentials, and there is access to a washer and dryer. We had 10 people meet there for lunch - the extra chairs allowed us all to gather around the same table - but there is even an extra folding table if more room is needed. Our takeaways - great location, nice home for family or multiple friends, due to plenty of space to gather and multiple bedrooms. There is one large bedroom on the 3rd floor, 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the 2nd floor and one full bathroom downstairs. This layout allows for privacy and plenty of room. Ana was immediately responsive and instructions to access the house were easy to follow. Great stay!

Beautiful old house in great neighborhood

The owners have done an excellent job preparing this charming older home for guests. Rooms were stylish and clutter-free. There was plenty of space for our big family to spread out in. Lots of cute boutiques and coffee shops in walking distance. And huge bonus that the owners were great at handling issues as they came up (power outage due to storm the first night!) Highly recommend.

Perfect location. Walkable to a lot! Well equipt especially if you have kids/babies. That beeing said the place could use some work. The outdoor areas were very over grown and messy, there are cracks in the plaster, one of the bedroom doors wasfalling off the hinges

This was the perfect place to celebrate with our daughter and her friends for her wedding in Corktown, it was not only beautiful but enough room for everyone to be comfortable.
