Absolutely Stunning Home!!

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was everything I expected and more. Our family was able to cook and enjoy all the amenities. We hardly ever left the home because it was so cozy. I would highly recommend this home for those who want to ski locally. The local shopping center is less than a mile away with Starbucks and all kinds of restaurants around the corner.

Family ski vacation

We picked this house for a family ski getaway. Location is fantastic to ski Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton and is in a nice safe feeling neighborhood. After skiing we enjoyed the pool table, wet bar, large TV, sofa and restroom all located downstairs. Fun play room for all of us.

Comfortable large home

We had a great vacation in this home! Our family of 8 was very comfortable. The beds were nice. The owners have thought of everything you’d need. The upstairs was quite warm when we arrived, but they had fans for everyone which helped a lot. The kids loved the pool table! The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the patio each night. We felt like we were staying in a beloved relative’s home! The location is also very nice and close to the canyons and to shopping. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Nice Place

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of room. The back yard is not fully fenced so you can'tlet your dog off lease, but they do have a gated area. We were really hoping to allow our dog to move around the backyard without a lease. Please also know that 3 bedrooms are upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs and the living room is down a few steps as well. This is not an accessible house for those who can't use stairs.

This is a great house that is close to everything. Beds are comfortable. House was clean. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the air conditioner didn’t work well at all. The house (especially upstairs) was unbearably hot. There were several fans provided but it was still very warm. I’d still come back to this house though, especially in the winter.

Amazing Place To Stay!

The owner is amazing and very responsive! This well appointed home was the perfect for me and my 5 guests! It has two Master Suites (one upstairs) & another one in the lower level that is absolutely huge! The laundry room is a great size and the home is sparkling clean! This is the 1st home I have rented that I did not have to sped a lot of time cleaning. This is so important! The home is located in a very conveniently located close to gas stations, grocery stores, shopping of every kind and restaurants galore! It is a quick 20 minute, easy drive to the Salt Palace Conference Center and the Vivint Arena which is the reason we were in Salt Lake City to attend a convention. We hope we will be able to stay here again next July when we return for our annual convention there in Salt Lake City.

Everything about this property was top notch. Location, cleanliness, all appliances, kitchen utensils etc, bedding, space, entertainment (amazing 70 inch TV in the den/family room. The owner was also very helpful in all senses. Will plan to come back next year!

Beautiful, well equipped house

Beautiful, nicely furnished 3-level house located near the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon (Alta, Snowbird) and Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude, Brighton) for easy access to several ski resorts while being in a suburban setting with nearby amenities (restaurants, movies, shopping, SLC). The house has many of the amenities that other vacation houses are lacking (appliances, coffee filters, laundry/dishwasher detergent, cooking spices/oil, etc) and both an living room and finished basement family room with huge TVs so both adults and kids can have their own gathering spaces if needed. The owner Marianne is very easy to contact and is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again for our ski vacations. We love skiing in SLC because of the many resorts with great snow and the quick/easy access at SLC airport.

Beautiful house

We stayed for a week in December, which included Christmas. Marianne had a Christmas tree up and decorations out, which made the stay more festive. I confused our check out date, and Marianne graciously accommodated us. The appliances and cookware were new and great for making dinners. The basement was a bit cold for us, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very nicely landscaped. The back yard was a great background for my daughter's pre-wedding pictures. Quiet neighborhood. This was the perfect house for our visit and am very glad we choose this home to stay in. The upstairs was warm as I previously read, fans were available and there was a air conditioner in the the master. Ended up this was not a problem. Maybe having access to a vacuum would be nice. Visiting grand babies do leave little messes. This property had plenty of space, comforts of home and a nice patio and yard to watch the eclipse from. Have some awesome crescent moon pictures off the rocks in the backyard. We would stay again if the opportunity arose!

Convenient location

The house and neighborhood are lovely. Very quiet. The location is convenient to shopping, to outdoor recreation and other activities. Great cable and good internet. The house is well-equipped for the needs of a family. The downstairs hide-a-bed is typical with a bump in the middle but ok for one. I wouldn't recommend this house for July or August. As other reviews mention, the a/c in this house cannot cool the upper level to a comfortable temperature for sleeping, 75 degrees is about as good as it gets. I suspect in extreme cold, the heating is equally inadequate.

Great location and property!

We really enjoyed the house, very comfortable with loads of extra bedding! Slightly warm upstairs with only the fans but was not a real issue at all! Would definitely stay again.
