The Space:
Welcome to La Casa de la Perla!

Centrally located in the White Sands community in Bavaro, Punta Cana is this fabulous 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom ground floor apartment. Enter to an open concept Living Room, Dining area with large windows. The patio doors leading to a oversize terrace - dining area, BBQ and and conversation patio furniture.

Off the dining area you will find 2 bedrooms each with their own en-suite and walk in closet. The Primary Bedroom is complete with a King Size bed and the second bedroom with 2 Double beds.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for your stay. The apartment is also equipped with beach accessories for a day at the beach.

We have thought of everything to make your stay the most enjoyable while you vacation in the beautiful Dominican Republic.

Guests of La Casa de la Perla are required to sign a rental agreement with Stays in the Sun and once this is completed Stays in the Sun will deliver a convenient Guest Guide that also allows you to book car rental, airport transfer, additional cleaning and day excursions to make the absolute most of your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests of La Casa de la Perla will have access to the entire apartment, outdoor living space and the common facilities of the complex which also includes a shared social area, shared pool, kids play area in a gated community. The apartment is located in White Sands and guests are given access to the private beach within White Sands.

Getting Around:
Guests Staying at La Casa de la Perla will fly into Punta Cana International Airport, a transfer can be arranged by us at an additional cost to the guest. We can also arrange for a rental car for our guests ($). The use of UBER is also available in this area to get around if the guest wishes not to rent a car. There is a complimentary shuttle service to the Beach running on the hour.
