Loved the location- like 2 minutes from the interstate. The house is clean and great neighborhood. Loved having a garage. Pretty big house- think it is around 1700 square feet- we stayed here for the month of January 2019

Amazing Vacation Rental!

We relocated to Florida and needed a place to stay. So glad we found this home to rent for a short time! It is in a nice quite neighborhood, close to everything, big screened in lanai, big comfy master bedroom and bathroom. We loved going to the pool and to the beach! The owner is very good about getting back to you with any questions that you would have. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Perfect!

My wife and I, along with our 12 and 14 year old kids, wanted to explore south Florida. We selected this home in Hunters Ridge for the amenities of the house and the community (you can golf, play tennis, swim, bike, dine and relax without ever leaving Hunters Ridge) as well as the proximity to the best of south Florida. We explored area beaches, ( Barefoot Beach was our favorite with Gopher Tortoises rambling through the dunes), dined in downtown Naples, rode bikes and airboats through the Everglades, ( Bike Shark Valley Trail, an easy loop into the heart of the Everglades, and see gators, turtles and birds) and combed the beach at Sanibel Island. Hint: a mask and snorkel will help you find shells that are still in the water. Here is another hint. Florida in the Summer. Everything is more affordable and less crowded. We were able to be more spontaneous with dining and activities, never needing reservations for anything. Yes, it can be hot. Ocean breezes and water sports fix that, and the prospect of no crowds make the heat a worthwhile trade off. My expectations were exceeded. The house is well designed for gathering and privacy. The master bedroom and large, screened patio (lanai) look over the golf course and are surrounded by lush and well maintained plantings. The house is well stocked with everything you could want. The quality of the house and the furnishings are beyond what we have found in other rentals. We felt like guests in a very lovely home.

Fantastic vacation rental!!!!

My family needed a short term rental during our relocation to the Naples area. This home looked like a great fit from the pictures, but the pictures do not do it justice. There was a fantastic view to the large lanai from the kitchen (my wife loved it). It is a fantastic home that was set up with everything that a modern day family would need and expect to in a rental property. There were bikes available for use, wifi and up to date TV's in the living room and master bedroom. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a rental in Bonita Springs to book today!

Fantastic Vacation

We have rented for a second year and have really enjoyed our vacation at this home in Bonita Springs. The owners have a very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped home. Hunter's Ridge is a friendly community with a great pool and is located close to many beaches. We will definitely come back again!

Great Vacation

Loved the house; well stocked with everything you can think of for a great vacation., beds comfortable, decor great. We especially loved sitting on the lanai and watching the golfers tee off.The neighborhood is very nice and neighbors great.

Great stay in Hunters Ridge!

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped house. Hunters Ridge is a friendly community that is immaculately maintained. The owners were extremely accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests. We had a wonderful stay during January 2013 and definitely plan to come back. The location is so convenient to many activities--malls, restaurants, beaches, and I-75. A definite plus was the WiFi and many other thoughtful touches the owners provided to really make this house feel like home!

Why they chose this property

This Florida home is the perfect vacation for us. We have all of our favorite activities RIGHT HERE! The community is friendly with lots of daily activities offered. It has a beautiful restaurant which is newly re-decorated and the pool offers food as well. With its location right off 75, it makes trips to the beach and airport so easy! There is a great shopping center as close as a bike ride away.
