HORRIBLE! Could not even stay there because of how unsafe and trashed the area is!!! Have stayed at over 20 properties and never had a problem until now with this place and VRBO would do nothing about it ( even with pics) they said host had to refund and of course they could not get in touch with him, of course not,he knew it was a scam place. VRBO just lost a lot of business! They said because I didn’t take more pics, I felt so unsafe in this place it was ridiculous. The reviews have to be a scam as well.

Sweet little place

The hosts are wonderful and so very responsive. This little place is so charming!! It was a little noisy as it is located on a Main Street, but the bedroom is in the back so I wasn’t disturbed.

Charming Rehab

This unit is perfect for a couple with dogs. There is a fenced side yard for the dogs. The bed, bath, and living quarters were perfect for our overnight stay. Our only minor complaint is that the unit is fronted by a very busy city street.

It is one side of a duplex in a beautiful historic neighborhood walking distance from Cooper Young, Liberty Bowl, and the Memphis Sports and Event Center. It provides all the privacy and convenience one could ask for in a short term stay! From convenient off-street parking in the front of the building, to a private entrance into a living room that spans across the space to the kitchen, living room and bedroom. In the kitchen to the right you have the laundry room where you can wash your clothes after a long trip and to the left a dining room for some relaxing breakfast and coffee.

This historical homes revival has charm and personality - from the soothing creams and other colors that are sure to inspire calm and relaxation after a long trip. The unit is cooled by central air conditioning and stays pretty cool. During the winter months, there is central heating that will heat the space sufficiently. We have box fans and space heaters located in the main closet.
