Ranch 204 is a 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom residence spread out over 2 floors, with mountain and valley views and a private deck with an electric grill. Remodeled with the open concept kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a farm style sink, flat cook top stove, soft close cupboards and drawers and a Sub-Zero wine refrigerator. The living area has flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a wood burning fireplace. The primary bedroom enjoys privacy on the upper floor as well as amazing mountain and valley views.

Great Stay!

This was a great property in a great location. We watched the New Year's torch parade from the unit. Shuttles to the mountain were frequent. The one-car garage was great to have. The outdoor hot tubs were even stocked with fresh towels. All around a great location and a great vacation.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

We stayed here for 5 nights and really loved the condo. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, good towels and best of all - the service was awesome. The shuttle service was extremely helpful and always available when we needed it within a very short time. Anything we needed and asked for was brought to us almost immediately. The indoor parking was also a big plus. We had a large vehicle (Yukon xl) and were able to pull it into the garage so our vehicle was clean and warm. Plenty of firewood and everything we needed to keep a cozy fire going. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. The view of the slopes was very nice! There is sugar, one packet of coffee and filters, expect to bring your own salt and pepper, cooking oil and spices. The only two negatives....the loft is tiny and VERY warm for sleeping and there is no bed, although the description says there is a daybed. We didn’t need it, so we were ok. Also, towels under sink in master were touching up against a plunger, ew. I took them out and washed them. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Great Condo and Facilities BUT HARD BEDS

We really enjoyed this property as it had more than enough room for our family of six (four kids range from ages five to thirteen). The wood fireplace was awesome and there was plenty of firewood stocked in the garage. We were able to fit our Yukon XL in the garage, but BARELY! There was plenty of outdoor parking spots so we didn't find that to be an issue. The hot tub located near our building was awesome, but the hours of operation was somewhat inconsistent with the times they had posted. Seemed to open later and close earlier than posted hours (which I think were 9 AM to 10 PM). The main pool and hot tub was decent; hot tub was VERY hot and pool was decently warm. Pretty dirty with bugs and dirt in the water, though. Great building with bathrooms and fitness room located adjacent to the pool, which was nice for changing. Our ONLY complaint about the condo was ALL of the beds were ROCK HARD. I normally like a hard mattress, but these were ridiculous. We slept OK on them, but they were really hard. Everything else was GREAT, though,!
