The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley - yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

This property is professionally managed by Mountain Resorts, Steamboat Vacation Expert and the largest locally owned property management company in Steamboat Springs. Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property. We really loved the condo. The views of the ski slopes and night time fire works were awesome! It was perfect for our family of 5. The shuttle to the slopes was really helpful too. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Property

Wonderful condo in the shadow of Steamboat Ski Resort. The Ranch's private shuttle service to/from the mountain and to/from town is the best I've ever experienced - hands-down. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We would absolutely stay there again!

Good Location, but Dirty

The property was a little more run down than we expected (scratched up doors, old wallpaper in kitchen, etc.), but overall a nice place. Great location, and the shuttle service was good. We arrived with very little dishes in cabinets. When we checked the dishwasher, it was overloaded with dishes that were not clean at all. It took us THREE loads of washing other people's dishes to get through them all. Not really how I wanted to spend the first part of my vacation. Makes you wonder what else was left half cleaned. Wouldn't stay here again.

Steamboat Springs vacation

August 2020 Stay

We loved the condo and The Ranch in general. This is a favorite spot of ours as we have been here many times but our first time in 501. The condo was super clean and comfortable! We especially appreciated the 2 decks and the views. Nothing like breakfast on the deck after a nice run! Staff is always so friendly and helpful here. Although some services were adjusted due to COVID, the attitudes remained positive. We hope to continue to come to The Ranch for a summer getaway!

December 2017 Stay

Doug the shuttle driver. We left a room key in the shuttle van and he went out of his way to get it returned to us. Also, there was a maintenance woman, I didn't catch her name, who came to check into a faucet that had no hot water. She was very friendly and helpful and informed us the faucet was set backwards - to get hot you had to turn faucet to cold and vice versa. Everyone we encountered was helpful.
