Excelente residência. o Edgar proprietário é muito comunicativo desde o princípio, nos auxiliou em tudo com mapas e instruções. só tivemos um pouco de dificuldade na estrada de acesso pois estava chovendo muito, mas prontamente o Edgar contactou o prefeito da cidade e também disponibilizou um trator para nos ajudar. não temos nada que falar da casa nem do locatário tudo excelente com certeza voltaremos para esse lugar muito aconchegante !!!!
