The Farmhaus Loft located just one block from Schlitterbahn in Downtown New Braunfels, The Farmhaus is the perfect spot for your next couples getaway. A 1-bedroom/1-bathroom cozy 2nd floor guest house with two balcony patios, a living room and kitchen.
The Farmhaus Loft is ONE OF TWO darling houses located on the property, which can be rented separately or together. The main house is a 2-bed/1-bath. Check out The Farmhaus on Airbnb and ask us how you can book both properties!
The Space:
The Loft is on the 2nd floor of the detached garage. Only accessible by stairs.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
There is a fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining furniture.
The "garage" gameroom has ping pong, foosball, darts, and bicycles for you to enjoy!
Guest Access:
The guests have full access to the 2nd-story garage apartment and it's backyard.
Guests have shared access to the gameroom and laundry room. These spaces are first come, first serve.
The Neighborhood:
Across the street from Schlitterbahn.
Walking distance to float the Comal (less than 1 mile).
5 minute drive to Gruene Hall.
Home is located next door to hospital.
