Front beach house, Spanish style villa for rent, located only 2 hour drive from Guatemala City and 1 ½ hour from Antigua Guatemala, in a unique and exclusive private area at Guatemalan Pacific Coast. Professional 24 hour security. Our Villa is completely equipped, with all the facilities and comfort to make your vacation and holidays unforgettable. Fully equipped kitchen and rooms (sheets, towels, pool towels and air conditioning). Daily cleaning service and cooking assistance available for extra charge. Green areas, outdoor furniture. Fresh sea food 'catch of the day' delivery by the local fishermen can be arranged. Best place to relax in large green areas and outdoor social gazebos. The complex has 2,000 square meters swimming pool (largest in Central America), with an island of white sand in the middle, bridges, slides, pergolas, jacuzzis, natural palmtree shades, environmental music, designer lighting, comfortable outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the sunset and a great place to watch the stars. Amazing gardens and landscapes created by designer.

Great place for families and water lovers.

Lovely place and well designed. Complicated security and all rules in Spanish that you are required to sign. Have good language skills for security details and identity for all guests and license plate numbers for your cars ready with check in. Hot tub not hot and filled up with dirty water. Didn't use at all. No TV as listed. Nothing local or cable just DVD's and 95% in Spanish. Other than that very nice. Water adventures are way above expectations. AC works great and all staff are friendly and helpful. Very comfortable.

We were so happy with the location, the pools, etc., but it would have been nice to have thicker mattresses on the bunk beds and hand soap available (especially during a pandemic). We asked some of the workers there for soap, however, and they brought some to us which we appreciated so much. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the people who worked there were really kind. It was a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful complex with gorgeous pools and beach. The unit was perfect for our group of 6. The housekeeper was lovely and the owner was very accommodating to some special requests. Would definitely return here!
