There are two master suites with king beds, one Jr suite with king bed. The master baths are full baths with shower and tub, they both have exceptional views from each. The Jr. Suite has shower. The lower floor has 3 bedrooms. (Queen, Bunk with pull-out, 2 single beds, and King) Everyone will enjoy the gigantic rec-room with a private movie theater (including the 125" TV Screen), pool table and 'Man Cave' including the keg-orator! Love the Rockies! Built this house for our family to enjoy all that the Rockies have to offer. Work hard, play hard, grateful for the opportunity to have a ski in ski out home. We do a lot of skiing and mountain biking as as family. Have many great friends in the Vail Valley.

Why they chose this property

We Chose this location because of privacy, Community, quality of Ski in Ski out, amazing views and the top of the mountain experience is peaceful, spiritual and is chicken soup for the soul. It is only 25 min to Eagle Airport with non stops from many large cities. My wife and I designed and built the house for our family and friends to enjoy the Rockies. It is luxurious yet very family friendly. The winters are wonderful the summers are spectacular. The Vail Valley is full of gracious people, very friendly and always something of interest for all ages. Traveled all over the States and the Vail Valley truly is our favorite family place.
