Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is a fast growing one in the heart/center of Cape Coral. It is very closed to many restaurants and supermarkets (less than 5 minutes). Close to the mayor roads of Cape Coral to make it easy to go anywhere in the Cape, Fort Myers and the beaches.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a newer property with a new, heated, salt water pool with a large lanai. It is all screened with a picture window enclosure. The interior has an open concept with lots of natural light and large sliding doors with direct access to the lanai and great view of the pool and canal.
