We had a great stay at this super spacious 2-bedroom in Utica! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the layout made it feel even bigger than expected. The location was convenient for everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Utica area!
This place is amazing. Great location and classy set up. We will definitely book if we're in the area again.Thank you for sharing your amazing rental with us.
Great home. Comfortable beds, lots of space, easy layout. Appreciated the full kitchen, washer and dryer, and two full bathrooms. The home is clean and well taken care of. The coffee shop next door was a plus as well as a few restaurants that are walkable. Will stay again.
We enjoyed our stay; the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location was great. We will definately come back and stay here again next year!
Beautiful space with gorgeous sunshine! Loved the modern rustic decor with excellent reading selections! Kitchen felt comfortable and classy without being pretentious. Bathrooms and toiletries were a welcome "luxury", meaning, not too expensive, but just right and well-curated. I really loved this space. We did have a pet and one must be mindful of the area around the home as there are some beggars and street folks on the same block. Noone was aggressive, but visitors need to have street sense!Love this space and we look forward to returning!
My family came to Utica for my grandson's Hamilton College graduation. We loved the loft, so comfy, clean and beautiful. Nina's Pizza downstairs was convenient for quick suppers. I highly recommend the loft (it does have fairly steep stairs leading up to it, but they are carpeted and have a good hand rail). The host was very responsive as well, immediately unlocking the loft door with her smartphone when we inadvertently locked ourselves out when we first arrived.
We loved everything about it. It’s a completely renovated immaculate space. Super cool vibe. Questions we have were responded to immediately. Check in process dialed and simple. Should we be back in Utica, I would 100% stay here again!
Only minor inconvenience was the music the pizza shop downstairs plays until 10 pm. Not sure VRBO owner can do anything about that but the music seems totally unnecessary for the pizza business.
This place was amazing, clean and spacious! The only issue was that the smoke alarm right outside the apartment door chirped the whole time we were there. We were able to ignore it. I contacted the host but did not receive a reply,
We had a great stay at this loft while visiting Colgate and Hamilton Colleges. It was very clean and stylish and there is a lot of space. It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at The Tailor and the Cook, which was walking distance from the loft. It was also very convenient that Utica Coffee was right downstairs. We were there during a big snowstorm and appreciated that the public parking was covered (under an underpass). A couple of small suggestions for the host, which would make the stay even better:(1) Blinds on the bedroom doors which are both glass, for privacy and to blackout the city lights that come in to the space.2) Double the amount of China (currently there are 4 plates, bowls, etc.), so that a party of four can eat both dinner and breakfast without running the dishwasher. Thanks for a great stay! We’d definitely come back!
Very comfortable and large apt in Utica. The area has a walkable coffee shop nearby and easy to get to restaurants. This is our 2nd time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time.
