This property is conveniently close to a local grocery store as well as hiking and skiing trails, the Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club, and some of the area's best restaurants.

At home, stock up the fridge and prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a full suite of appliances and a breakfast bar for quick snacks or socializing with the chef. Gather for meals or family game nights at the large dining table, or head outside, fire up the gas grill, and indulge in a perfect alfresco experience on your furnished deck.

Back inside, the main living area boasts a large sectional, fireplace, and a smart TV for streaming all your favorite channels. A second living space offers another sofa and TV for younger guests wanting their own place to play.

This home also includes a private washer/dryer and cooling central air-conditioning for the hot summer months.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
