Walking up to the apartment, guests will see the beautifully landscaped entrance connected to the front patio with an outdoor sitting table. Outside, you will see birds of all types and maybe even hear our beloved neighborhood owl, Hootie!

Upon entering, guests will be able to enjoy a comfortable sitting space in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows or relax on the couch and watch the 55in. smart TV in the living room.

The dining area has a mini fridge, microwave, Mr. Coffee coffee pot (coffee grounds are included), and a four-seater dining room table. Basic utensils and kitchenware are provided but please keep in mind that there is no full kitchen in this apartment.

This apartment is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood that's great for walking. This cozy apartment is also very close to restaurants, shops, and only 10 minutes from downtown Greensboro.

Also close by is the Greensboro PTI Airport (13 minutes away), the Greensboro Coliseum (10 minutes), and the Tanger Event Center (10 minutes).

Parking:
There is one reserved spot in the driveway for your car. All other vehicles can utilize the free street parking. Driveway parking is shared with the main house.
