My family had a great time on vacation renting this house. It is huge!!! The pool is amazing and there is plenty of fenced in property for your dogs. Communication with the owner and the caretaker was really good. The game room was really fun for our grandkids too. There were a few minor glitches during our stay, but they were resolved as quickly as possible. We love staying in that area and we will definitely consider renting this house again.

We rented this place with extended family during a wedding weekend and it was very nice to have a king bedroom downstairs so that my in-laws did not have to navigate stairs. The hosts allowed us to check in 90 minutes early on the first day so that we could get ready for that night's rehearsal dinner, which was very helpful. Having the indoor game options and outdoor pool was nice even though we didn't have enough time to really utilize this trip. Unfortunately, the second night was marred by an ant infestation in the downstairs twin bed room when my daughter arrived the second day and hours later found her things swarming with ants after the wedding. We were able to move her to another bedroom, but it was distressing and all of us woke frequently with that crawling bug feeling. When I messaged the owner the next day, the only response was a curt "Sorry about that- seasonal issues in farm setting sometimes are challenging even with best efforts." I wouldn't know, since I do not have experience living in a farm setting, but that response felt like a big shrug on their part, especially since we paid a premium for a 5 bedroom but could only effectively utilize 4 of them.

Comfortable stay and very great host

Enjoyed the stay. The property has everything you need and is really comfortable. The house sits next to a farm where you can see some really exotic animals walk by, which is a really special touch. The host was responsive and helped whenever we had a question.

The house is awesome for a big group. Could easily accommodate 4 couples with kids. The floor plan for the bedrooms is very interesting layout so it is like all the rooms are their own corner. So, if you go with a mixed group of friends /family it is like you have your own personal space. All the bed rooms are large like you could put an air mattress on the floor and still have space. But then down stairs is like the gathering area and there are bedrooms down there and you don’t even notice. The back yard is well laid out. For example the pool gets sun all day and yet there is still shade. Parking and access was easy. The kitchen had enough that we were able to cook for 10. The host is awesome and was very accommodating and helpful. The only reason I put a lower star wasn’t for our stay but as a review for others it is not 5 star clean because your in the hills on a huge property so your going to have some cobwebs. If your a little outdoor like and understand then it is 5 star.

Would Stay Again - Hands Down

Awesome stay - this place was the perfect blend of classy, rustic, and comfy. The home was beautiful, well-kept, and incredibly accommodating. There was plenty of space, both for group hangouts and private downtime. The beds were super comfortable, and the kids always had something to do. They had an absolute blast - especially with the zonkies (zebra/donkey mix) and miniature horses that roamed the field next door daily. Such a fun and unique touch! We'd rent it again in a heartbeat... and definitely plan to on our next trip to the Central Coast.

Great property a few flaws

Great property with nice layout and large rooms. Nice pool and outside yards with play area for young kids. Inside game room with ping pong, pool table and air hockey. Yards are fenced making it perfect for our pet dog. We had a couple issues that the property manager was super responsive about and eager to resolve. We would stay here again.

Great weekend house

The place was great. It had everything listed: play structure, built-in trampoline, pool, ping pong table...etc. The place was very spacious and there was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The table was nice to fit everyone. The host was great with communication. He did everything through text. Even when my husband left some stuff behind, we were able to get back in to grab it without a problem. We would definitely go back.
