The space
A very cozy living room with three bedrooms. One bedroom has been dedicated as an office space specifically for those who need to “work from home” but features a modern futon for when even work demands a break. The second bedroom is spacious and features double bunk beds for 4 and plenty of additional space. The primary bedroom boasts of a queen bed with night stands. Full bath is shared by all. And the luxury kitchen will make you want to cook! The living room has a 70” TV, comfy seating for everyone and a wine bar. And let’s not forget the hot tub on the back patio for up to 6 people! You’re gonna love your 5-star stay with us!

We feel like this neighborhood chose US! Such a sweet, quiet, scenic, and historic area of downtown Grandview, within walking distance to great shopping and eateries as well as a block away from the police station for added safety. We LOVE this area of town and we know you will too!

This is one of only 3-century homes on the street. Charming cottage style that has been completely renovated to a modern aesthetic. It's PERFECT for those who have to work during the day with its dedicated office or who want to leave work behind and just relax. The wine bar and the hot tub may be the place you choose to spend most of your time! One queen bed and 2 sets of twin beds, mean comfy sleeping for up to 6 people. You're going to LOVE staying here!
