★Cozy Duplex with three King Size beds (six people), one sleeper couch (two people), and 3 bathrooms
★Enjoy a spacious and cozy design that will be a wonderful home away from home
★Private off street parking in front of the home, very easy access
★55" 4K Roku TV in living room and 43” 4K Roku TV’s in each bedroom
★G00gle Fiber WiFi
★ Home is secured by Vivint 4 surveillance cameras located on the exterior - 2 at the front, 1 at the back and 1 at the side - of the building.
The coverage area include: front porch, driveway, side lawn and backyard
★ The building is a duplex on a corner lot (no neighbors on the left) with the 2nd unit of the duplex (on the right) occupied. This home has a fully fenced backyard and separated from the other duplex. The entry and exit doors are not connected at all and they do not share the same heating, cooling and ventilation system.
★★ We do not accept/receive mails at the home. If you need to receive mail, you can set up a P.O. Box at the post office (the post office is less than 5mins drive)

Family Wedding

Perfect for weeklong stay for family wedding. Just a few small idiosyncrasies that were off - batteries were missing or at the end of their life, light bulbs burned out, towel bar ripped out of wall in MB, no Laundry detergent. Just small things-no big deal. Otherwise, great location and great communication from host!!
