Clean nice accommodation

This was exactly what I was looking for; something priced well and not more than what we needed. It’s a hotel room but it’s comfortable, clean and has practical furniture like a desk that also has a pull out table for dining. There’s no microwave but a decent mini fridge and an ice machine on the premises. I would stay here again.

Confusion checking in!

Wonderful people and property for a older hotel. Vrbo as far as I understand, stands for vacation rentals by owner. This place is a hotel. They had to find me by name only. it took over a half hour to check in due to the vrbo web site. i believe that vrbo should look in to this third party bookings. the host fee of $35.00 is unnecessary due to no owner. Manager at hotel was wonderful and we were not his first. I will be "leary" in the future when I book on Vrbo.

Initial reservation

While everything turned out fine, it was very disconcerting to find that our initial reservation had been duplicated by the company and then cancelled. Because we had no idea that there had been a second reservation made, it took a lot of time to clarify and be comfortable. They should have told us initially that the cancellation was for an inadvertent second reservation. It was also not clear how we were to check in. It was just a hotel process…

The room stunk like stinky feet and a wet dog. The pool didn’t work all week so we couldn’t pick up grandchildren to swim as they were so excited to swim. Smelt heavily of marijuana every night. Couldn’t open our sliding door. We left a day early since we couldn’t stand another day there and did talk with manager about this. Room cleaning is every 4 days. Garbage overflowing. Barista girl was fantastic and so sweet!!.
