Studio 1 has amazing natural rock & forest views, WiFi, electricity, water, AC, King bed, seating area, dining area, SMART flat screen TV, portable induction hot plate, coffee maker, toaster oven w/air fryer, microwave, bread toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, compact washer/dryer, private back patio & large two level deck (with deck net) perfect for yoga, morning coffee or just relaxing. Fire pit & Charcoal BBQ grill. 1 parking space. Close to beaches, restaurants, local attractions, shops & schools.
The space
Studio 1 guests have a 1 car parking space at the top of the driveway (under the big tree), private access/use of Studio 1, private access to the back patio, deck and fire pit at Studio 1.
Guest access
Guests have full and private access to Studio 1 and their back patio. The driveway and parking area at the front of the property are shared spaces with other guests staying in either the Jungle Zen House or our other studio, Studio 2.

Other things to note, Fort Rocks Guest House consists of three private units:

-Jungle Zen House;
-Studio 1; and
-Studio 2.

Both the Jungle Zen House and Studio 2 are vacation rental and long term rental properties respectively.

All three units are self contained private units with no shared inside spaces, and the property has ample space for each unit to have their own separate designated outside areas.
