This 3 bd 2 bath cottage is great place to enjoy peace, serenity, and nature. Recently remodeled with new everything. Nearby restaurants and bars, amusements, Nascar shops, Corporations, and within 40 mins to Charlotte and 30 mins to Charlotte Motor Speedway.

The home is tastefully renovated to give it a homey feel. I hope you enjoy and respect the home and contents fir yourself and future guests.

Very convenient but yet peaceful in an older neighborhood within the city limits of Mooresville, NC.

Lovely cottage

Because we had so many graduation activities we didn’t have a chance to spend as much time as we would’ve liked in this lovely cottage. It was even better than the pictures and quite spacious. It was so comfortable and clean,situated in a quiet setting but close to everything. We appreciated relaxing on the front porch just enjoying nature, even though we had so little time to do so. This cottage had everything we needed and the little touches made us feel so welcomed. The beds were very comfy. The owner was so, so helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again. She even left a Mother’s Day note and gift…thank you Gabby! Loved your place!! 😊
