SPECTACULAR LAKEFRONT MODERN OASIS New to VRBO

Our gorgeous lake home had been completely renovated inside with a modern chic look. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs with 1 full bathroom down and sleeps 6.

The master bedroom upstairs has a magnificent view. It overlooks the water with a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or latte while sitting on bistro chairs It has sliding glass doors so you can get a full view of the lake while relaxing on your new Tempurpedic King mattress. Enjoy the sun coming up every morning. Views day and night are my favorite, but I really enjoy at night when you shut off all the lights and fall asleep to the view. The water is lit up from houses across the lake that are reflecting on the water. Enjoy the sounds of nature with geese, ducks and the beautiful sounds of a mockingbird. There is another large bedroom upstairs and downstairs each with a queen bed.

Downstairs is quite charming. It has a sofa and loveseat with a soft furry rug which may spoil you.

Enjoy cooking in a new kitchen with exotic granite and soft lighting with a new refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave and a dining room table to accommodate 6. Enjoy the beautiful crystal chandelier centerpiece lighting as a focal point while dining. The kitchen has everything and is fully stocked including a coffeemaker, toaster and vitamix blender for frozen drinks or smoothies.

Outside is so much fun! Sit under an umbrella on the deck while enjoying dinner and a glass of wine with seating for 6 or enjoy sitting in 1 of 2 rocking chairs. Enjoy cooking on a large grill with a rotisserie and sear burner while watching the boats go by.

If you want to get a little active, there is a grassy area to play corn hole or bocce ball or go kayaking or just lounge in the lounge chairs while basking in the sun.

Another favorite spot is sitting under the shady oak trees around the firepit and watching the view which is spectacular and so entertaining. Enjoy the warm water coming of the lake or the ambiance of a fire with gorgeous orange, pink or blue sky's or relax in the hammock and read a book. Enjoy the speed boats and big cabin cruisers going by. There is so much entertainment you will not get bored.

Enjoy a long dock where you can lay in the sun or jump in the water and float or play water sports or walk in from the beach. All of these spots are my favorite, but my absolute favorite is sitting on the dock at 6 am and watching the sun come up, the fish jumping, the geese flying and fog coming off the water. At night I love to sit there at dusk, as the sun goes down behind you and ignites the water with so many colors or the moon lighting up the water. The houses across the way reflects on the water and lit up neon blue boats will pass in the dark and it is truly magnificent! At times you can see an airplane land on the water. And July 4th! WOW!

There is so much to do. Inland Marina is next door where you can launch your boat and rent jet skis or take a quiet stroll around the neighborhood loop. Sites to see are just a short drive away. Visit Lazy 5 Ranch with exotic animals and wagon rides just 28 minutes away. Queens landing is close where there is a amphitheater, mini golf and dinner cruises. Nascar, Carowinds Amusement Park and Whitewater Rafting Center which has festivals, rock climbing, all within an hour. Mallard Head Country Club is around the corner along with shopping in Mooresville and Davidson or have breakfast at the famous Toast. Visit great brewery's and downtown Mooresville.
