Harrison Haven by Velo in the North End

Summary:

Harrison Haven is a classic historic Boise home fully renovated in 2023. This single level home offers 2 cozy bedrooms which share a hall bathroom allowing 2 couples a comfortable stay in Boise. The entire house has been professionally decorated to create a beautiful calming space for relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped with virtually everything you can imagine for meal preparation. Roku Streaming TVs in the bedrooms as well as the living room will help to keep you entertained. The desk area in the bedroom is perfect to set up your laptop and work from home. The house is equipped with the fastest internet speed available in that area. Hyde Park is a short walk away for your morning coffee at Hyde Perk or a great meal at one of the many dining establishments.

Living Room and Kitchen area make one big great room to keep everyone together

Outdoor living area and Outdoor dining area for 6 people will be set up by spring time

The Hyde Park area of the North End is the best most beautiful area Boise has to offer!



Getting Around:

A car is strongly recommended although with Hyde Park being walking distance, one can get by without a car.



Other Things to Note:

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee

We do not offer video walk throughs prior to booking

If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout.

We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.

Elegant and comfortable

The house is elegantly decorated with very comfortable beds! The location is great - easy walk to Hyde Park. It was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway in Boise.

Lovely Break in Quiet Cool Neighborhood

The home is newly remodeled and had everything you could need. Did not get to use the wonderful back yard hot tub and deck due to super high outdoor temps. (excellent A/C!) We will be back.

Cute little Bungalow

I booked this property on a recent visit to Boise for work. Pictures and description provided were accurate. I did have an issue with the air conditioning, however, the property manager (owner) was extremely quick to respond and had the AC guy over ASAP to resolve. Excellent service. Very quiet neighborhood and you can't beat the location - close to Hyde Park and Downtown areas.

Beautiful place and neighborhood, but weird property

I wanted to start by saying the host was super responsive and thoughtful, and the inside of the place was really nice and spotless. The neighborhood was beautiful, and felt very safe, great off street parking and all the amenities we needed. However, when we arrived it was clear the yard hadn't been mowed in at least a month. Grass was almost a foot long and kind of embarrassing in such a nice neighborhood. The backyard was completely covered in sap and bird poop. It was obvious the deck hadn't been even attempted to be sprayed down. The fire pit and all the chairs were covered in bird poop. There were no chairs covers. The hot tub looked clean inside but the cover was so gross and the backyard was so disgusting we didn't even get to enjoy it which is a big part of the reason we selected this property. I did talk to the host, he said he sent a cleaning crew to fix the backyard, and maybe they did clean some of the side yard, but did not touch the deck, the chairs, the hotub cover or make the backyard usable. My bedroom looked out over the gross mess which really tamped down my enjoyment of the lovely bedroom. A landscaping crew did come and mow, but they were there for hours during our stay, and filled a huge trailer full of grass clippings, which honestly was pretty unpleasant and loud, and should have been done before we arrived and regularly so it wouldn't take so long.
