Read Carefully

Nice house and comfortable beds, HOWEVER, the kitchen was sparsely stocked (only a few old frying pans, no oven mitts, etc.), each room had its own cipher lock with a thin towel, the backyard and a large portion of the house were "off limits." The second shower was not clean. VRBO done on the cheap.

Quiet neighborhood

Great location for visiting areas outside of LA. The house was comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. The area felt very safe and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. Host was accommodating and replied quickly to messages. There is nothing fancy about this home. It's a pretty bare-bones place to sleep and maybe cook a simple meal. Some outdoor seating would be a nice addition to enjoy the So Cal weather. However, the house served our needs well for a place for 8 adults to stay. The AC worked well and we never ran out of hot water.

No comforts of home

The reason we chose Vrbo was to have the comforts of home without being at home. There were no tvs in the home at all. The oven would not heat up for over an hour and the air conditioner took 3 hours to cool the house below 80 degrees. When we walked in, the house was almost 90 degrees inside. On the positive side, the home was clean and the beds were comfortable and slept well. Wish we had the amenities of a home. We chose Vrbo over the hotel to be able to share space and be comfortable. Awe well. Going with the hotel next time.

Thank you for your feedback. I just want to provide some accurate information for future guests who see your comment. Before and after guests check in, I always send a greeting message, asking if they need anything and letting them know they can reach out to me at any time. If a TV is needed, I can deliver it within 10 minutes as I live nearby. All appliances in the house are new and currently working properly. The summer here is extremely hot, and if the indoor temperature is high, it may take some time for it to cool down . The AC is functioning normally without any issues. I am dedicated to managing the short-term rental and improving guests' experience, doing my best to meet their needs. Thank you again for your booking.
