This was the best stay the kitchen came with cooking pots/pans along with utensils, the bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was home welcoming and had hygiene materials and very clean. Overall I would definitely recommend booking here!!

Beautiful view, bad sleep

This spot is so adorable and the perfect space for a couple. Unfortunately, the bed was concaved in and was not good for our backs. On top of that, the windows are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. As a light sleeper I would not return.

Overall a great choice!

Overall, this was a great experience. The location is directly across the street from the beach and has a view of the pier. It's in a recently renovated building that was quiet and relaxing. Walking to the Promenade, movie theatre, numerous stores, etc was great. The actual apartment is pretty great, too, and we really liked all the "extras" provided by the host, such as an Uno game, Jenga game, chairs/towels for the beach, water bottles/sodas, and so on. The TV/Roku is great, the a/c works well and the couch is comfortable. The only issues were the address (the one listed is NOT accurate and it was horribly embarassing to go to that address and try to check in! I immediately looked at my inbox and saw that the host had just sent the CORRECT address--fortunately not that far away!) and the bathroom (the toilet had a bit of an issue, the shower head is very low and we each had to squat to get under it to wash our hair, and the door often stuck on its sliding track).

Hopefully it's gotten better!

A lovely spacious studio apartment on the 10th floor with a beach view. Beware that it's run by a vacation rental company whose workers seem scattered and overworked. It worked for us but only because we're flexible. As soon as we walked in, we were overwhelmed by the many perfume dispensers. We quickly closed them all into the bathroom cabinet. We both had work to do & it took 4 hours to access the Wifi because the password in the guest book was wrong. They told us they would offer a discount on the room, which never happened. The queen bed was super comfy but the sofa bed was a disaster: no blankets! When I told the company, they suggested that we use a thin throw. My partner had a very cold night. It's great to see the ocean but the lights from the pier are very bright. The vertical blinds were missing several slats so it was not possible to make the room dark. I would never stay with this company (whose name I can't recall) again .
