I am a commodities trader and a family man. As most parents know, traveling with small children is never easy, and we prefer the space, convenience, and "hominess" of a vacation rental over a hotel. (A kitchen is a must!) Having lived all over the world, we decided to settle in Sandpoint because it is a one-of-a-kind town with all of the beauty of the northwest. The city and the lake are beautiful!
Why they chose this property
This cottage is centrally located off of Kootenai Cutoff, 10 miles to Schweitzer Ski Resort, 3 miles to downtown Sandpoint and City Beach, and less than a mile from Highway 95. The cottage is surrounded by shops, coffee stands, Walmart, restaurants, and other conveniences. The cottage faces McNearney Park - the perfect place for children to run around while you watch them from the front porch.
