Located within 5 minutes from center strip, this beautiful tri-level 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home has everything you need to enjoy your Las Vegas stay. Entertain by the pool, relax in the spa and enjoy the pool table. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the two other upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the downstairs bedroom/office has a twin bed. There is also a queen size Aerobed. Sleeps 8 very comfortably. Separate living room, formal dining room, family room and eat in kitchen. Family room includes fireplace, pool table and wet bar. Ther eis a full size laundry room, modern upgraded kitchen and baths. Two separate AC units. Free WiFi and cable throughout. Watch center strip fireworks from the backyard during special events and holidays. Beautifully furnished with a decorators touch.

Why they chose this property

This house is located in the area of town where I grew up. The ranch where my mother was raised encompassed this entire neighborhood before it was developed. I used to catch lizards where this house is now. The location is superior for convenient access to the Las Vegas strip and I-15.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with the location of this home as well as the huge pool and spa. The interior has been completely remodeled. The wide open, spacious floor plan uniquely lends itself to comfort as well as entertainment.
