Just steps from the beach, this property provides stunning Sea of Cortez views and unforgettable sunsets from its decks and patios, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests.
MAIN HOUSE – A spacious, beautifully maintained home on a quiet cul-de-sac, just one lot above the beach. The main house features four queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a huge great room ideal for group gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, plus a large island bar with stools and a dining table seating ten. The enclosed back patio offers a fireplace, charcoal grill, and gas grill for outdoor dining.
THE SUITES – Two adjacent, tastefully decorated suites, each approximately 600 square feet and functioning like a private one-bedroom apartment. Each suite features a queen bed with a handcrafted tiled headboard, a private tiled bathroom, a cozy living area, and its own fireplace — ideal for extended family or guests seeking added privacy within the group.
OUTDOOR SPACES – A large outdoor patio and sundeck offer the perfect spot to relax and take in ocean views, with easy access to the beach just steps away.
PET-FRIENDLY – Bringing a furry friend? Vistas de Las Olas welcomes pets for a $75 fee per pet.

Amazing House in Las Conchas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at a few houses in Las Conchas and this one was amazing. The house is much larger than the pictures make it seem and the views are great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had my family and friends with me. We’ve stayed at this house before and enjoyed it because of how ample it is. The kitchen and living room is a perfect hang out spot and the patio was the main area where we hung out in the evening since there was a beautiful view. The casitas with the two little studios are amazing. I had my friends who were couples stay there and Jaír was he privacy they wanted. Overall I enjoy the home a lot. The one down side is there is about a 200 ft walk to the beach. Not easy to run up to the house to grab more beer or something so make sure you pack an ice chest when you go to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is big and has plenty of space. Kitchen is very well stocked. I have stayed at many properties in this area and this is not a $700 a night property. The property is run down compared to pictures. The AC did not work in any area of the house except for the West Apartment. The listing states WIFI and Washer/Dryer it has neither. Several of my guests left cover in bug bites after first night home is infested with something. I would not recommend this property for the money. I have received no response from rental company regarding these issues. Don't plan on using BBQ either both are rusted out **** and don't work

A Beautiful Family Getaway!

Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time in this beautiful, huge home! It is very close to the beach, which was important-I had been looking for beachfront, but this worked perfectly. We had a couple snafus, but a phone call to the management had someone at our door in 15 minutes to correct it. The kitchen is well stocked for big gatherings. The only addition I would recommend is more patio furniture-in particular,a larger patio table to accommodate a large group.
