Thanks for the great review! Glad the spacious living room and games kept the kids entertained, and that the location near the troll, train park, and Main Street worked so well. Happy to hear everything was clean and comfortable — you’re welcome back anytime!
Well prepared property; amenities & location fantastic; enjoyed hot tub, easy into Main Street Breckenridge and shopping & restaurants. Property management team was great and shared vital details on what to do and where to eat! Would stay with them again!
This was a wonderful place to stay. It was located within comfortable walking distance of downtown, the furnishings inside the space were beautiful and comfortable, and everything was clean. I could see there being a drawback if you were there during the heat of summer since there is no air conditioning, but that's true of many Colorado buildings. And to our relief, there were a number of fans available for use, which made even the warmer days much more bearable by opening the windows at night with the fans near them. I would absolutely stay here again (and happily so).

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!! So glad you had a good time. We'd love to see you again soon!
Highly recommend this condo! My family and I stayed here for three nights in March to ski and enjoy the mountains. The condo was very spacious and clean, and only a short walk to Main St!Also the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful during check in, and they gave us some great recommendations to rent ski gear. A great place overall and we would definitely stay here again.
Great condo within easy walking distance to both Main Street and the Quicksilver lift. Easily slept two adults and four teen/tweens.

We loved our stay at this property in Breckenridge. Check-in/out was easy and staff were around to answer questions when we were at the location. Very clean, beautiful condo. Hot tub was close by and restaurants/shops too. Looking forward to returning.

Fantastic condo, very clean and cozy. Plenty of space for a large family to sit together. Amazing Mountain View’s. Only a short walk to the Brewery and Irish Pub. Easy access to the bus. Didn’t drive the whole weekend!
This was perfect for us! Check in was super easy. I dis have to communicate with the management company prior to check in, and again it was flawlessly smooth. There were 2 hot tubs on the grounds to choose from. Yes there are elevators and yes that makes a difference. We have stayed in locations much closer to the main gondola and not all the buildings have had elevators (not sure if this is still the case). Even the elevator lobby space was warm inviting, and had what you need. Our rental was perfect for 6 (3 adults and 3 kids under 5). The scenic views were out ever window and door. And yes this space was large enough for little kids and had everything we needed. Yall made it feel like a hotel for us!! Thanks again!!!

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. Glad check-in was smooth and that the elevators, hot tubs, and roomy layout worked well for your family — wonderful to hear you enjoyed the views. And yes, you're right, an elevator is not always guaranteed in the mountain! We are updating our listings now to share that added benefit. You’re welcome any time!
Unfortunately my sink drain was clogged the whole trip and with a full kitchen so I cooked everyday for my family and had to constantly plung the sink. I didn’t get a repair guy till it was time to check out.

Decent Place, Sub-Optimal Location
We were under the impression that we would be in closer proximity to the ski lift. Many reviewers discussed walkability as a selling point for this unit's location, but I would note that if you are wearing ski boots and carrying skis/poles that it is not walk-friendly (especially when snowing as it was during our stay). Instead, I would drive my wife and son to the unloading zone at the Beaver Run lift (at the Beaver Run resort, a much better location to stay for skiing), drive back to the unit, park and than walk back to the lift area in walking boots to change into my ski gear at the snow. I would then repeat the process at the end of the day. I recommend scouting out a different location if you want a walk-in/walk-out ski location.
We have stayed in Breckenridge many times, at many properties. This one was one of the most poorly equipped I've ever encountered and it was not entirely clean (which we shared with the management co.) The kitchen was minimally equipped--only half the toaster worked, very few cooking utensils, nothing to store things in (plastic bags, containers, etc.). The shower curtain could not be attached and fell on my wife's head when she went to use the bathtub. The TV in the bedroom did not work and the wifi router was not working when we arrived. (The management co. corrected this problem.) It appears that only the lowest quality of things have been installed here so they don't hold up. The owner may want to consider putting some better materials and equipment into this property.
This home worked well for our family of 6. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking simple breakfast meals, the views of the mountain from the front and back were beautiful, the beds and pillow options were nice for all preferences, the shower heads were really nice and worked well unlike many other rentals. I would give this home a solid 3.5 star hotel rating. I think the carpets should be stripped out or replaced with a dark color. They were a bit worn and stained. The bedding in the 2nd bunk bedroom could use some updating. Our biggest issue was no air condition for the summer time. We did know this in advance, but didn’t expect it to be so hot. It got up to 80 degrees in the home and it was hard to cool down even with the windows open and small floor fans. I think multiple standing fans in all common areas and the bedrooms would help tremendously. All in all we were pretty comfortable and happy with our stay.
Overall clean and very well located just a block from Main Street, has all the basics, but could use some updating. Jacuzzi tub doesn’t have a stopper so couldn’t use it. Similar to another review, a lot of positives but small things keep it from being really excellent. Still, not complaining, enjoyed it, but not 5 stars.
Close to the peak 9 village and Main Street. Very nice property with everything we needed to be comfortable after a long day on the slopes.

Definitely provides the basics but nothing more
I wanted to give this property a good rating because the location is great and the view is spectacular. However there were so many things that either didn't work or weren't like what the pictures showed, I couldn't. These things were emailed to the property manager on our 3rd day but I received no response. Then I provided these things in writing when I returned the keys and again no response. But I received multiple emails starting on our 1st day about how to check out on our departure day.
1. The beds were not made. It is cold with snow on the ground and there was only a white top sheet covering the 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom. There was a throw type blanket at the foot of each bed but I had to find blankets and make the beds before anyone could go to sleep.
2. 1/2 of the lamps in each room didn't work. I have no idea if they needed bulbs or were broken.
3. The faucet in the kitchen is nearly falling off. It is so wobbly that you are afraid to use it.
4. The toaster is bottom of the barrel cheap and burns everything.
5. The shower head in the shared bathroom only allows water to come out of 1/2 of it. Probably due to calcium deposits. The master shower is a bit better but not much and both should be replaced.
6. Can opener is broken, several of the skillets have the coating coming off and the metal baking pans leave a lot to be desired.
This is a nice property but it needs a little TLC. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms so when 1/2 the lamps don't work its a problem.
There was plenty of space for the 4 of us in the shared areas. However, they haven't gone over and above with anything, especially the small appliances in the kitchen. If you are a coffee drinker, don't forget to turn off the coffee pot, it doesn't automatically shut off.
Floor heaters keep condo extremely warm, sleep with bedroom doors closed or it will get too hot. Overall good place, very comfortable and close to downtown Breck.
